Yep! Turkey burger tastes pretty good if you season it(alittle bland if you dont), and is a great substitue for hamburger if youre craving a burger... Also good to put in salads, mix with brown rice.. yeah thats about all I do with it.

Thinking of hamburgers I havent had one in a long time... it sounds pretty good right now though.

And good to see youve got all your new healthy food! After awhile you stop wanting(or wanting it as badly..) the old food you were eating, so stick in there!

Thanks, you people are awesome!

I slept amazing... woke up and had a really yummy breakfast. Egg beaters with ham and onions. Mmmm. :drool: Nine more hours of work and then I'm off to the gym to work off some calories. Everyone in the challenge is losing pounds but me. lol. Ahhhh! I need to sweat more!! Or something...

I've decided to start taking progress pictures. I've been thinking about it now for awhile. Initially my whole thought on this was "Hell NO I don't want to take any fat pictures!!" After venturing out around this forum I'm changing my tune a bit. I've decided that it would be something very good for me psychologically. I look at the before and after pics threads all the time. It's my motivation like for so many others. I'm getting more and more excited over the fact of being able to post my own weight loss success photos when the time comes. It's a driving force for me. So I'm going to start taking pictures every two months. And when my time comes I'll get to post them for all to see! Also, it's sure to help me stay on track. Once I can noticeably see a difference in myself, I'll have more determination to stick with it and not go back to the old me.

So here's to me and making a revelation!

LOL its seemed way longer than 5 days!
Only 5 weeks and 2 days to go!

And good to see youre going to be taking progress pictures.
Pictures of me at my highest weights show me how far Ive come, and keep me going(and also make me stray away from junkfood...).

Good for you Mic on deciding to take progress pics! I never took any pictures of me at my highest. I've got some of me at about 170 and it's always kind of annoyed me that I can't really see how far I've actually come.

Really? Well good than I won't ever feel like that. lol. I was nervous at first mainly because I think I was so scared of not succeeding. Now I feel that I know I can and WILL do it so it's not as scary.
