So far so good this week. Put the brakes on Monday, and started the CHallenge yesterday.
I feel soo much better in just 2 days, wow.
Just got in a mean workout this morning, so I'm feeling inspired to keep it going.
Todays Workout
15 minutes Treadmill Running @ 4.0 (More like a jog)
30 minutes Treadmill Walking @ 3.0-3.5
15 minutes Elliptical
I'm about to eat some breakfast, I'm so hungry after all the exercise.
Hope everyone has a great week. Scales says I am down already, thank goodness!! |
