New Year, New Diary! 2009 New Years Resolutions:
1. Lose Weight (50 lbs)
2. Increase Exercise
3. Build Strength & Endurance
4. Have a bikini body by summer
5. Lower my Cholesterol
Kicking off this year with a 6 week weight loss challenge starting tomorrow 12/06/09! Go Team 1!!
My goal is to lose at least 12 pounds by the end of this.
My birthday is coming up in 8 weeks, so this works out perfect for a jump start towards my goal.
I'm going to post my results in this diary for this challenge, as well my weight loss journey for '09.
Weekly Weigh Ins Starting tomorrow! Yikes!
W0 01/06/09 204.6 lbs
W1 01/13/09
W2 01/20/09
W3 01/27/09
W4 02/03/09
W5 02/10/09
W6 02/17/09
W7 02/24/09

So I gather up my sis and two of my girlfriends for a single's new years eve party. It was in a hotel, so we booked a room and went to the party.
Although the advertisement didn't say anything, we ended up at a party where everyone was at least 45 and over. Most of the people were at least 55 and older.
The only guy I thought was cute had rank breath. Too bad.
Thanks for Kettle One, the night was a blast. lol!!
I had fun rocking to and with the oldies, that's for sure. |

Rep Power: 37 | | Weigh in today is a little scary! Geez. Scale says I am up several pounds since Vegas! It's not a surprise though. I've been skipping brkfast and lunch and hitting the drive through on my way home from work. Best way to get fat, I'm a living example. Holidays didn't help either.
Luckily I've still kept off 17.4 lbs, so I'm not starting from scratch. I don't want to Yo-Yo anymore, doh!
So this challenge is just what I need to put the breaks on and refocus.
I anticipate a good loss this first week. Hopefully I didn't gain that much fat!! NO!!!
I'll be back later to post exercise.
Yesterday I did goood on my diet. So here's to day 2!
