I'm going to have to work extra hard to get to the gym more than 2 times this week. I think I can do it, have to be strong. | even if you don't make it to the gym more than twice you are going snowboarding which is fantastic exercise. |

guitar hero is so much fun. my last vacation was spent (mostly playing wow) but besides that playing guitar hero at my friends house in virginia. Good times.
Oh man doom was fun too. i was always afraid to play it when i was younger though. Looking back on it, i cant understand why.
I have those few pics on my before and in between pic thread.
If you, or anyone else from this message board would like to, you can friend me on Facebook (Joseph Buzzetta or Joe Buzzetta brooklyn ny). No worries if not, but I have about 200 photos there. Both from my largest physique to my smallest.
Tru,
Yea I'm excited about snowboarding. It's only my second time, but I enjoyed it so much last time that when I heard about the plans this weenend I couldnt contain myself. I kinda said outloud "f*ckin awesome" at work. Luckily my co-workers and I are close.
As an added bonus, i dont have to drive. My friend is driving both ways!! Gonna be a fun time. |

Rep Power: 6 | | Messed up a little bit today. ate well all day long, but missed out on some calories. Not used to that. Was hungry for most of the day.
went to a pizza place while walking home from the doctor (been 4 hours without food, my meal before that was a snack of a nutrisystem cookie) and had a couple of slices of pizza. all that cheese, white flour and salt.
I feel guilty and a little upset at myself, but Im sure most of you know the feeling of being ravenous. Rational thinking is not something I have control over yet when it comes to being overly hungry.
It got too late for me to go to the gym tonight, since I have work to do. I will be back there tomorrow (as long as the dentist doesnt kill me).
I'm still feeling strong and ready to kick these lbs in the ass. |

Rep Power: 6 | | Also, I just came up with a plan. I will burn off the 600 calories at the gym over the week. Ill try for an extra 200-300 calories burned extra per session during the next few days. |

Thanks for dropping by my thread. Hang in there dude! I can relate just a little to your gaming addiction I remember when starcraft came out in like 98. I spent an entire Christmas vavation (I was a coach then) playing that thing until I beat it. Lucily I didnt do it on line. Any way doing positive things like fitness in the "real world" is a better feeling and will give you real results. |

Rep Power: 6 | | | Just got back from the dentist. This guy asks me to tell him if i feel any pain while he's drilling my tooth, which i proceed to do in many ways. His response? "It's almost over."
Really?
Anyway. I ate perfect today so far. Thinking about getting a big healthy meal from my local healthy fast food place (grilled everything, low salt etc...) |

I'm having trouble getting up to go to the gym. My mind is telling me to relax because of the tooth and my face being numb. Sounds like an excuse. what a sly sly mind i have.
Lets see how the night goes. The gym closes at 11pm. If I leave my house by 930pm I can have my hour on the machines and come home. That all depends on if my tongue and cheek start to get their feeling back. I have bit my tougue already. didn't feel it, but i might later.
Tooth feels sensitive, even though the Novocaine is still strong. I hope this thing wont hurt afterward, but well see. |

Rep Power: 41 | | | Don't do anything heavy today, depending on what you had done at the dentist you should not do a heavy workout that same day. |

Rep Power: 12 | | If my dentist told me that, I'd grab his nads and tell him I'd squeeze hard every time it hurt, but don't worry, it would almost be over.
But then, I'm a vindictive bitch sometimes.
Hope you got a decent workout. |

Rep Power: 6 | | I wound up staying home tonight. Unfortunately I became a bit lazy after my novocaine wore off (9:40 ish). So I had some (healthy) dinner and relaxwed a bit.
There were a couple of things playing against me today. I didnt sleep well at all last night. I went to bed at around 2am, then at 320am I had stomach pains that kept me up until 5:30 (up for work at 740). was tired all day long. couldnt sleep during lunch like i normally would. couldnt stomach an energy drink, but tried. Then the Dentist keeping me numb (lol i drooled on myself when i got home).
Bad day for the gym. all is definatly not lost though.
I dont like going to the gym so late, but I'm going to have to start changing my thinking a bit if Im gfoing to be serious about this.
Good news is I feel a difference in my clothes already. Hard work, which I haven't done in a long time, really does pay off.
The dentist I go to is good at what he does, but really inconsiderate. I hate the pain of being drilled without novocaine. He also did the same thing when i got my root canal, i felt most of it. That was HORRIBLE. |

(see my comment above) I'm such a wuss when it comes to getting my teeth drilled on... the doc had to inject me with enough novcaine to numb an elephant when I had a root canal. Not fun at all.
I finally have a dentist I can trust, and after the fiasco I went through when he had a new dentist in the office that applied a crown... I told him I'm not letting anybody but him handle that stuff anymore. His assistants are great too.
The novocaine & post dental stuff wears me out too... can't blame you for not going to work out.
Tomorrow (today?) however, time to get back to it! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
