Hi everyone, last time I posted here I had lost a total of 97 pounds, that was in May, it is now a new year and I thought that I would pop over and leave another update as to how I am doing. I have lost a total of 172 pounds since starting to calorie count in Jan 2008, I am a completely different person than then and I thought that maybe someone could get some inspiration or hope that it CAN be done with nothing more than determination. check out my blog One Mans trip to the Half It starts in Jan 08 and I have posted just about daily and still post there on how I am doing it. brilliant stuff your start point is nearly the same as im at now, so ill have a proper read of your blog in the coming days, one thing i did notice is you started on low cals for your size
