I dunno if this was meant to be posted i the new comers section or here, so I'll post it here anyway.
For the next 3 months, I've decided to go cold turkey from all junk food.
That means for 3 months straight, I won't be eating ANY forms of junk food, which will be hard 'cause I love biscuits with me tea and a pizza a few nights a week. :P
The project is kind of like the documentry 'supersize me' but in reverse. I'll be recording everything from what I ate and when I ate it, to how the diet is affecting me both physically and mentally.
I'll be posting tips that I pick up along the way to help you too!
