Rep Power: 11 | | Ugh I've been so busy studying for my midterm that I havent been able to visit this site.
My diet has not been the greatest..I'm watching what I eat but there is still some things that I should avoid.
I just want school to be over so I can focus on eating healthy and exercising. I have trouble with stress eating so when exams roll around, my diet goes down the drain. I am trying to cook more at home now to avoid junk which is an improvement I guess..anyways hopefully tomorrow goes better!! |

Rep Power: 11 | | | I CANT FALL ASLEEP!! Ive had holidays from school the past week so my sleeping routine has totally gotten out of whack! I go to sleep around 4 and wake up at 1 or 2 in the afternoon! Tomorrow I have to wake up at 730 in the morning and write a midterm which means I'll only have about 2.5-3 hours of sleep! Ahh im not gonna be a happy camper tomorrow lol |

me and my boyfriend stayed up till 1:20 am my time talking... sooo
i am feeling pretty rough this morning. also a big fight with my parents
and brother ensued around 6 sooo -___-" not alot of sleep for me.
but yeah that is great that you are trying to cook at home more!
just do what you can for now... and you will get what you want^^ |

Rep Power: 11 | | Aw thanks for checking up on my Angelica!! Ive stilll actively been reading your journal and you are doing soo great!! Much better than me.
I've been so depressed lately. Its not that I cant physically lose the weight, its just that I cant stop eating. Its liek I have this addiction to food where I think about it constantly. Its weird, like I get excited when I know Im about to eat.. UGHHH I HATE IT!! Ive been bouncing around the 200 mark for the last year or so and I'm so annoyed. Everytime I get my weight down, I just gain it right back by going on a binge fest. I bought groceries today so lets see how the month of April goes lol
Im definately going to try journaling in here atleast once a day if not more. Oh and I've also bought new workout gear. I'm starting the gym April 9th which is my last day of school so I'm excited!! I'll be off for a month studying for exams so I'll have enough time to include a workout in my day. Anyways I'm going to go read some journals and then head to bed. Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Rep Power: 11 | | Had an awesome workout at the gym today. The elliptical really kicked my butt! I never really used to feel like I got as much of a workout on the elliptical as I did on the treadmill and stairmaster, but the one that I used today had the option of making it an incline. I had the incline at 10 and resistance at 4 and WOWWW IT WAS HARD...especially since i havent worked out in ages.
Eating wasnt as good however. I skipped breakfast but I ended up having a couple cups of coffee with milk and sugar and an egg sandwich. For dinner though, I went to subway and got a footlong pizza sub MEAL with 2 cookies and chocolate milk UGH that was probably enough calories for the whole day! Good thing is I drank 2 L of water so thats good. Weight this morning was 200.5. |

Rep Power: 11 | | Wow I havent updated in a couple weeks or so! My weight loss is going okay..I'm around 198 as of this morning. I'm glad I dont see the 200's anymore. I just want to get as far away from 2-anything as possible.
Ive noticed Im pretty much eating low carb..atleast for the last 2 days. Aside from a few items, my carbs are pretty low..less than 40 a day. Ive tried Atkins before and it has worked for me in the past so I wouldn't mind trying it again.. hmm well not much else to update except that Ive been going to the gym atleast 4 times a week. I worked myself up to doing 1 hour on elliptical at 7 and 30 minutes on bike..I thikn thats pretty good for only 2 weeks! Anyways wish me luck!! I'll weigh in again tomorrow |
