I'm 34 y.o, a mom of 2 kids, who gain most of my weight from being pregnant.. I was 123lbs before I was pregnant.. not skinny thin but quite OK for my 5ft figure..
I gain almost 45lbs in my first baby, lost about 20lbs, then found out I was pregnant again. Didn't want to do another mistake by 'eating for two', I managed to gain only (only? hah..) about 25 lbs.. Strangely I only managed to lost a total of 11lbs after my second one born and he is already 3.5 y.o now..
So here I am now.. 160lbs.. to much weight for a 5ft woman... my BMI is about 31.2, categorized as OBESE!!! hiiiikkss....
We just got back from a holiday last week, and look at all the pictures and cried... I never thought I look that bad...
I'm not gonna wait Monday.. I'll start today.
I ate breakfast today, soup and salad for lunch, salad and bbq chicken wings for dinner. Still need my 5 cup of coffee (hopefully i can reduce that too). Snack on watermelon and oranges. 20min walking on a treadmill. Hopefully not too bad for a start.
Sucks.. I woke up late, a hell late for a meeting.. managed to prepare the kids but didn't manage to fix my self breakfast.. hiks hiks..
I ran to the meeting and stayed there until lunch, my tummy was already so rumbly.. o oh trouble... but I managed to stay in control and order soup and roast chicken w/ rice (no skin) for lunch. I ate mom's carrot&beans salad for dinner and on the treadmill for 20 min, just brisk walking though..
Pheew... messed up morning but ended my day safely ..
