Rep Power: 10 | | | ladyumbra 2.0 So this isn't my second time trying to lose weight here but it is my second journal. I felt I needed a fresh start and not just to pick up where I'd left off. March 4th marks my 22 birthday i'm nowhere near where I want to be. 257 lbs jobless and in pain more often than not ( much of which is attributed to weight strain on my body) I no longer want to lose weight, I need to and this time no matter what it takes I will.
Measurements and daily food and exercise logs coming in the next few days ^-^ |

Rep Power: 25 | | Welcome back, LU. Glad you still have your sense of HAHA!
Here is an annoying but true saying, especially when it cometh to weight losage:
"When you fail to plan, you plan to fail." Am I right - is that annoyingly Cdn, or what? lol
So get a good plan and stick to it LIKE GLUE, my friend.
Cheers to you

So I'm back, after a long summer of up and down weight, gorging , starving and doing it all wrong. I'm 270 something now and starting to wonder if I can do this. I'm giving it another shot though. |

Rep Power: 10 | | | I have to do it. At this point it's lose weight or not live long enough to see my wedding. Sure there are people heavier than me but when I can't climb the stairs to get out of the house without chest pains or when my hips threaten to give after standing long enough to empty the dish washer I start to worry. I want to be able to lay d.own on my back and not end up gasping for air as my lungs are crushed. |

Rep Power: 10 | | | I had mcdonalds for dinner last night and it's not my fault. I live in the gtw, we had a massive supercell storm and several tornado yesterday ( all over the canadian news including the at last count 1 fatality) Storm persisted even after the tornadoes buggered off and my fiance who was working extra late picked up mcdonalds at 9 at night on her way becuase we we worried we might loose power mid cooking ( and I wait for her to get home to eat).
I did some light weight lifting and easy stretches though.
Today is grocery day so I'm going to plan ahead for a better healthier week and have backup meals that don't need cooking. |

Rep Power: 10 | | | Yeah they were all of southern Ontario and part of Quebec my mom lives 3 hours away and got hit.
Went grocery shopping today picked up fairly healthy lunch and dinner options for next week. as the temperature here rises again and the air gets muggy indoors I'm finding it increasingly harder to breath even when not doing anything. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
