Hello,
I am new to this site. I have been exercising for years and I do not seem to get any smaller. I was doing an hour of cardio everyday with some toning and strength throughout the week as well. I'm 5'3 and my waist has gotten really large (35"). I eat very healthy and about 1400 cal per day. What am I doing wrong? I have 19% bodyfat and wasn't sure if I needed to worry about cardio health because of my waist. Any tips? I have tried about every diet and exercise there is. Unless I starve, I'm a larger short girl.
Thanks.

Hi Jasmine,
Welcome to the Forum.
I think that without really knowing you it would be hard for anyone to give you a good answer for your question.
It seems that you are doing all the right things.
I think if I was you I would talk to my family doctor. They would surely know more than we would here.
Good Luck
