My Weight B4 gaining weight: 134 lbs & needed to tone up*
My Heaviest Weight: 162 lbs
I usually Work from home, or with my Dad. I live alone, have for the past 7 years. No pets. I have limited family. My mom is in a Province over. My dad lives just outside of the city. I am an only child.
The longest I've ever stayed on any forum was about 3-4 months. Now that I've committed myself to the Super Awesome Mega Weight Loss Challenge, I won't be goin anywhere for the next 6 months. ZOMG!! Not another commitment!!
I hope I am able to help myself and others stay on track and not be too negative. I am kind of like a guy in the way there are only ever two things on my mind....FOOD and ah....SUMMER!! yea yea that's right.
I am also doing the month to month picture challenge which I find to be quite helpful. Along with measurements, I must be gainin muscle cause I am dropping inches and not losing weight...hmm I am in a bit of a pickle, but it is bed time for me, tomorrow I may be back to write some more junk on this sub- forum.
Hi from BC!! I did live in Cowtown, in the Chinook Park area. Nice part of town.
Best wishes on your journey! It sounds like you are working on your overall health, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Balance is the key in all things, my fellow Canuck.
Thanks ABBAgirl!! LOL I saw that you are now in Kelowna, LOVELY!! Hopefully I will be back over there for the Hydro-planes Race(s) this year with my papa!! I am excited. I've only read a few diaries on here so far, yours included! You look like you've come along way and are still doing SPLENDID!!!
Hey there!
Thanks for dropping in on my diary.
Sounds like you live a great life with your papa.
So what kind of running do you do? As in how long/far?

Hello Bellaryna, Well I only just started running again in the last two months or so...and since I have a hard time getting outside alot, I don't want to make up excuses..
I have in this past week been doing a total of 30 mins on my mini-stepper at home, to me it's basically like running (the foot pedals that I stand on are IDK tightened (I believe it might be more for strength endurance).
I don't know what miles or kilometers I run outside. The mini stepper counts my steps, 4000 in 30 mins, and it gives an approximation of how many calories too, depending on what I've eaten that day, I am guessing protein wise and eating "clean" I can go harder and faster, I've gotten to 380 cals is a HUGE success for me!!!
I know I am a "slower runner" but that WILL change, I approximated 4000 ft as .75 Miles, which is 1.21 Kilometers...I think I did that right...
Plus I have noticed that with the mini stepper, my legs, stomach and abdomen are worked
BUT with running outside, it works my Butt, Legs, Stomach, and abdomen, at about 10x more (cuz in just a tinsie bit of time I had noticed such a dramatic change!!! Oh Yea and it TOTALLY kills ALL MY ANXIETY!!!
I want to start running at 5am, when it starts to get a little lighter here, I was thinking of purchasing wrist-on pepper spray. Just for an extra precaution.
Great Job losing inches!!!!
Can't wait until I can see some of those disappear on me..LOL
Sounds to me like you are doing a Super~Fantastic job of keeping yourself busy with the exercise.
4000 steps in mighty impressive! If you would like a good frame of referance for just how far that would get you..........the Sears Tower in Chicago, Illinois is 2,165 steps up to the top. You my friend have very nearly climbed twice in one workout! AWESOME!!!
I am planning on climbing it for real in November. They have a charity climb that raises money for medical research.
Wish me luck!
To bad you couldn't go with me. You would be super motivation.
