Rep Power: 0 | | Bailey, you're doin' GREAT!! Congrats on all that exercise have you tried onion POWDER in your egg salad? I am allergic to raw onions so I have to use that anyway, but it DOES make a difference The only chunkies I like in my egg salad are celery and green olives LOL
Glad you found a good lunch Hope you were able to enjoy your dinner.
Keep up all the hard work! You're on a roll (or lettuce leaf, in this case hehehehe) |

Rep Power: 0 | | The onion powder sounds like a good idea, Cassie, I'll give it a try next time I make some!
Oh man I wish I hadn't stayed up so late last night. Didn't have much of a choice, I had to finish up on my swedish project, but still, I wish I'm actually really nervous about it, I had a dream last night that I had forgotten to bring the movie, the handout I made for the class AND my notes for what to say. In the dream the swedish classroom was also a lot bigger in size and had a lot more people in it, including some people I work with! And I was trying to talk in swedish and do my presentation anyways but I kept forgetting my words and having to revert into english to get my point across!
Its silly I know, but I made sure to double and triple check I had everything before I left the house today... though I was so busy checking for all my swedish stuff that I forgot my headphones that I wanted to use at the gym tonight so I could actually listen to the TV on the treadmill I also got on the bus half an hour earlier than I really needed to and didn't realize it until I got to the school way earlier than I expected to. Heh, the things nervousness will do to you.
I forgot to eat breakfast on top of it all, but I'm meeting Josh for lunch in about an hour so I'll try and fit in a big meal. Aw crap I didn't pack dinner either, now I got to find something to eat in the downtown foodcourt. Ugh, I'll probably end up with a limp salad or something, because the chicken I usually get and love is lightly breaded with cheese on it so I can't have it. Hopefully I'll find something good. |

Rep Power: 17 | | Hey I'm sorry I missed you in the chat - I should check it more often.. but I had the sound turned off so I could listen to my music .. silly me.. anyways I took work off today - couldn't make it in unfortunately. Maybe this weekend or something we should get together.. but my foot is hurt and I'm a little immobile for now. Anyways.. I hope you're doing great, don't you just hate those dreams when you're worrying about something and then it happens when you sleep - just makes you more damn nervous! But I'm sure you did great! Foodcourt food sucks but don't they have like a pita place or a sandwich joint there? Do you mean the hub mall? Talk to you later - take care |

Rep Power: 0 | | Liz - I would LOVE a pita or sandwich! But the first part of my diet is no-carbs, that includes bread. In any case, the presentation went pretty okay. I stuttered a fair but through my oral section, but everyone loved my movie ^_^ I was going to get a Taco Salad from Taco Bell but they discontinued it! So I got the bacon ranch salad from McDonald's with grilled chicken on it. It was pretty good and pretty filling too.
I don't generally like to get bunless burgers, chicken, beef or otherwise, because I just end up getting grease all over my fingers even if its wrapped in lettuce. They always taste good, but its just not worth the mess. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Whenever I can, no dressing at all. I've actually found that I don't mind going with dry salad as long as there's lots of meat in it, which I can have lots of With the McD's salad I had for dinner tonight though, I had to use at least a little bit.
By the way, if anyone was wondering, my swedish presentation went very well. Everyone was pretty impressed with my video Though the oral part was a little rusty.
Okay I gotta plan what I'm eatting tomorrow I was so close to slipping tonight because I didn't get enough to eat and was really hungry. We're out of eggs so I guess I'll have to make due with those liquid eggs. I'm gonna try the veggie one and see if its any better. Pack a meaty salad for lunch, and then taco meat for dinner! I can't wait until sunday when I can pick up some snacks for in between. |

Rep Power: 17 | | OH I'm so sorry - I totally read that before but didn't mention anything (can you say biatch? haha ) I am so glad your presentation went well.... that's a load off hey? IT's like once it's over you can actually BREATH. Wooohooo for you - I'm about ready to hop back on the bandwagon here After a horrific couple of days, I look back and am like , 'say whaaat?' - I did thaaat? Haha but thanks for your support. Don't you just love food shopping? I mean it - I get so excited when I go out and pick up a bunch of snacks even if they are "diet" foods... cheers to you babe - keep up the awesome work! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Liz - I do love shopping for groceries... as silly as it sounds, it makes me feel like a "grown up" especially when I make a list! Also, when you said 'say whaaat?' I was reminded of the Ghandi character from Clone High. Do you watch it? Its absolutely hilarious, I was sad they only made one season. Either way, I'm glad you're back on the bandwagon with us
So today, I feel so absolutely WIPED. Josh and I went to Gold's again last night, but I think it was too soon. The full hour of cardio from last time was still taking its toll on my legs and so I had to weaksauce most of the night since I was still pretty sore, but I still tried to push myself at least a little. We're going next on Tuesday again (at least together) so that should be lots of time to rest up again.
I'm not really hungry right now and don't want to eat... I really should though, breakfast is a good thing to have. bleh. |

Rep Power: 0 | | so today hasn't been so good for food, in an under sort of way. Breakfast was basically a few slices of cheese on my way out the door. The salad I made for my lunch turned out to have bad lettuce in it so I couldn't even eat it (it was seriously GROSS and starting to rot, I don't know how I missed it while I was making it). I did manage to find a place that made a pretty good chicken caesar salad though, so at least I got something done. Now I'm cooking up some lean ground beef again so that I can heat it up later since I really won't have a chance to properly cook later.
Still missing snacking |

Rep Power: 0 | | Bailey, glad you did well on your presentation Great job on goin' to the gym - even if you did have to "weaksauce" it You went and you didn't just sit in the locker room even though you were sore. Good job Keep it up and have a great weekend | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
