Rep Power: 0 | | Hum, lastnight I slipped a little again - TWICE. First, I had one of the rice krispie squares in the cupboard, and then later that night my mom was being nice and bought me one of the frozen yogurt cups that I love... I couldn't turn it away! I did however get in some good situps and a few push ups - those are still really hard for me, which means I need to do them even more!
I haven't eaten yet today, didn't have time for breakfast before work, and don't really have a long enough break to get food until like 2pm. I'm going to check out the Arby's at the food court and see if they have a good MEATY salad because I am so hungry. Which reminds me, after so much protein this week, I really need to pick up some fibre supplements. Sorry if that's TMI! I also need to pick up some more bass fillets after work since the wicked sale that they're on expires today so they'll like double in price for my big shopping trip tomorrow.
I'll go through the diaries later, I only have a short break right now! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Phew!! I need to take a short break from writing this darned paper! I've got 5 pages written so far but I think I'm only a third of the way through! I was hoping it would only be 10 pages or so, but as it turns out I have more to say than I thought Heck, I'm still just going off the top of my head, I've still got to work in all of my sources.
Anyways, I should give you guys a rundown on my food for the day before I forget. I had a salad with mushrooms and cheese and some olive oil with onion and garlic powder in it. I've also had a small bowl (like 1 cup) of sugar free jello for a little treat, and then about half a cup of mixed nuts for an actual snack.
I think I'll make a tuna salad for lunch in an hour or so, and then bake a chicken breast and cook up some asparagus (asparagi? asparaguses?) with butter and cheese for dinner. Though I'm not sure if I should season the chicken with primarily seasoning salt, italian spices, or peppery spices... decisions, decision!
Kinda nervous about my weigh in though, I've slipped up more than I let on I'll be extra good today though! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Today I put a little light mayo in it, as well as onion poweder, pepper and chopped green onions. Sometimes I chop lettuce in it too. Was still a little bland, but it was okay. I'm wondering if it would taste good with lemon juice in it, but I don't have any to try it with anyways. |

Rep Power: 0 | | LOL no, this teacher reads them! The paper is also the final exam for the class (which means one less "real" exam to study for!) and she also has a finely attuned BS-radar that I discovered with my first paper for the term. In any case, I think I did okay, though I kind of had an awkward conclusion because I had to work in ties to the class material and it didn't quite work with the direction I was going. I mean, I'm sure I got across the point that I paid attention in class because I talked about concepts used in class, but I had to get in a direct reference to some class material just to cover my bases.
If anyone wants to read it, its on Narratives in Video Games, and you can find a DL link in my non- diet journal in my signature. Its 12 pages long and nearly 4000 words though!
One more paper, one more lab assignment, and then just catching up on my swedish work and I'm done all my class work! Then I've got a week or so to study for finals... woosh.
I'm gonna go to bed now ladies, I gotta be up early! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Wow, you actually read it, Tempest? Thanks, and I'm glad you liked it!
That makes two bits of good news today: My weight is down to 187.4, that's almost a full 2lb loss! I was hoping for a bit more, but still, thats more weight that I've lost in two weeks than I've done in months!
Edit: just did my measurements - 2cm of my belly, and 1 each off of my 'upper belly', hips, and thigh! That's 5cm, or like 2in lost total

Rep Power: 0 | | Today's meal plan:
For breakfast, I already had 3 scrambled eggs with cheese in them. I made myself a greek salad for lunch, thanks to the super-easy recipe Josh's mom gave me (I've yet to taste it to see if I did it right). When I get home from school, I think I'll have some light cottage cheese for a snack, and then make some... hm... I guess chicken again, though this time I'll make them into slices, it'll be like unbattered, sauceless chicken fingers, hooray! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Okay, last post in my own journal till after school I promise. This day just keeps getting better and better!
Right now I am wearing my old belt, the one I could wear almost TWO YEARS AGO when I lost all that weight last time! I've been calling it my skinny belt, and I can fit into it! I was starting to get sick of that old one, it has holes all the way around it (one of those "punk" belts), and it was getting the point where it was almost wrapping half way around me again because I kept moving further up the belt. Was sticking out too because it went so far off me. This looks MUCH better now.
I could DANCE to school today! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Well today went pretty good. Instead of chicken for dinner I had a bunless burger (mayo and onions only), and then had my cottage cheese after dinner, and a bit of nuts later. Otherwise today was pretty uneventful, couldn't have lived up to this morning |
