Just did another 15 minutes and some sit ups would have done more cardio but not feeling too good after a very late night. Just need to keep this up for the rest of the week.

Not sure if anyones reading this but it helps if i write down what I've done
Just did my 30 minute cardio workout, gonna do my abdominal routine later.

My food diary for today should be:

Breakfast: Bowl of Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk
Muller Vitality Yoghurt

Lunch: Chicken and Vegetable Soup\

Dinner: Chicken Wrap with Side Salad - no dressing (eating out but I checked the nutritional info and this is one of the healthiest choices)

And if i get hungry in-between a whole-meal pitta and humous and cucumber - yummy!

Plus lots of water

Hey there! I get what you mean with taking a day off from working out... it turns into 3 turns into 4, 5 aaaaahh!

So yes, I am also on this site for accountabilty. Don't worry about people reading your stuff, just keep writing and the readers will come! You are doing it for yourself after all, so just do it!

I think I would get bored with doing a DVD over and over... hmmm, haven't really tried exercise dvds though, so wouldn't know.

Well, have a great day, and DO have that pitta hummus combo, your eats look like very little to me!

Hey Yeah I am starting to get bored with it but I'm at uni 4 days a week so its just something I can do in my room. The gym is way to expensive and there's not much in the way of exercise I can really do around here so it will do for now. Could always buy a different one and alternate.
I eat more but thats what I was sure I would probably eat, it changed anyway lol my friend decided she wanted to go nandos so I had a chicken breast in pitta with a huge side salad. Then just had a bowel of cereal. I prefer to snack alot rather than eat 3 big meals.
Thanks for the support

I find that keeping a journal really keeps you accountable. Even if there aren't awhole lot of people posting, it still helps you. Plus, many people read it even if they don't post! I did really well when I had my first journal, but life got in the way and I stopped :/

What are these Davina workouts? For me, working out at home is too distracting and so easy to just put off. I use hoem workouts sometimes, though.

Also, does your university have a gym? I thought most did haha.

Yeah I know what you mean, just writing it down helps motivate me for some reason.
My uni does have a gym which is £50 for the whole year bargain! but i only found out about it recently and I have a month left, so intend to join when I start again in October. The Davina DVD is one of the best home videos I've tried though and I alternate between the different workouts so its not too bad and will do for now. I'm gonna take up swimming again when I finish uni and see if my local gym does a pay as you go scheme which might be worth it. No point having to pay for a years contract if ill only use it in summer

Ok its nearly the end of the week and I've done well so far can feel all the work I've been doing in my legs now. Moment of truth though, my dads promised me a pizza tonight since I'm coming home from uni. I know I won't be able to resist at the time and I've been really good all week so will most probably eat it. However instead of my usual pepperoni passion my challenge is to pick the margherita which is 559 calories and 14.4 grams of fat, which doesnt sound too bad to me, what do you guys think?
Also since I'm going home tonight think I'm going to do 45 minutes on my Wii instead of 30 minutes on my workout DVD to mix things up abit.

Not a bad idea t all with the pizza! Get one with veggies if you can stand it!

Even better would be to eat half tonight and keep half for lunch tomorrow. Just my opinion. Well done on a brilliant week!

Ohh the veggies is a good idea yummy!
I thought about that earlier but since I'm gonna get the smallest pizza you can get I'll probably end up eating it all lol.
Thanks for the support!

Ok so today was my kind of binge day, knew it would be I usually give myself one once a week :P tried to be semi-healthy about it though. Had a small chicken shish kebab and then a few choco biscuits after. Went on the Wii for 30 minutes though and really worked up a sweat so thats good!
Going to London tomorrow so will get up do 30 minutes and then will be walking around all day which will be good exercise. I intend to take a healthy lunch with me too.

Ok did quite well today, really wanna join a gym but its so damn expensive! Might think about joining on back at uni when I go back. But there's no point joining now cause I'll be back home in a month till October and there isn't another fitness first near me damn it!
Am just gonna have to stick at these workout videos and then when I'm back start on the swimming.
Have work tomorrow so will be a long day of running up and down stairs fetching shoes for people constantly for 5 hours. Will try and squeeze a workout in the morning if I have time. If not its a workout in itself anyway! Will either take lunch with me or might get a low fat sub from Subway which should keep me going till the end of work.

Ok I'm intending for this to be a really good day.
Just had my usual bowl of Country Crisp (oat clusters and strawberries) then a cup of tea and a pro biotic yoghurt.
Intend to either make a salad or sandwich, or get a low fat sub from subway for lunch.
Gonna take some fruit aswell.
Dinner will probably be salad.

Off to do some sit ups before work! And the Wii if my dad wakes up in time because it's in that room. Here I go!

Today wasn't too bad, actually probably a bit low with my calories but I'm not hungry at the moment and I'm not home from work till 6 and usually have eaten my dinner by then.

Breakfast: Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk and a muller vitality yoghurt
Snack: Small chicken salad with low fat honey and mustard dressing.
Lunch: Medium chicken salad with low fat honey and mustard dressing.
Snack: Apple and Apple Juice
Dinner: Weetabix and three biscuits

(I have a thing for cereal, I would eat it constantly if I could!)

Not exercising today as I'm sooo tired from work. Had to sort out our stockroom on my own and was breaking a sweat most of the time. Took me 5 hours! Can already feel it in my arms and legs. Did some sits up this morning before I left though.

Gonna get up and do 30-45 minutes on the Wii Fit tomorrow. We are having a BBQ but I'm going to marinate some chicken and stock up on salad. Hopefully the smell of sausages and burgers isn't too tempting!!
