Woke up today and felt great! I can slowly feel my body changing but todays the real challenge...
BBQ TIME! And my dads gonna make loaaads of food so hopefully I don't give in and ruin it all. Im thinking my marinated chicken, salad and maybe a bit of rice. My biggest challenge is gonna be not eating a burger or sausages! Oh well off to do some exercise on my Wii in a sec.

Update:
Ok so far this morning I've done 20 minutes on the Wii Fit, mainly the muscle section and a bit of yoga. Then did about 15 minutes on the Wii Sports boxing. Forgot how much that kills your arms! Then did my normal sit up routine which consists of about 5 different kinds of crunches.

Woohoo I succeeded! Haha had loads of salad without dressing and two chicken kebabs with peppers and onions I'm glad I wasn't tempted, just kept thinking how rubbish I would feel after.
Not sure what to have for dinner later though? Thinking beans on toast yummmy!

In the end had my country crisp cereal I know its kind of lazy but its basically oats, hazelnuts and fruit all good stuff!
Have some chicken kebabs left over from today and salad. So that will be my lunch tomorrow, can never have too much salad and I actually love it now.
Went on the Wii fit for another 10 minutes then did 25 minutes of Wii Sports Boxing so all in all I've done an hour today woooo! My arms will be sore tomorrow though can already feel it now lol.
Back to uni tomorrow night so come Tuesday back to the workout video, should be able to keep it up, only 3 days then I'm back home.
Will probably end up having a glass of wine or two tomorrow night as I'm going to the pub but its better than the gallons of cider and vodka I normally have on a Monday when I go clubbing!
Gonna try and do an hour tomorrow, I know I can do it so much easier when I do it in bits
Writing this all down is actually really motivating me, I think if I wasn't I would have gotten lazy like I usually do when I attempt to loose a few pounds. Been doing this for just over a week now and can already feel my body changing!

The wii fit is so fun!

I did 20 minutes of hoola hooping this morning and it kicked my butt

I don't know if I have wii sports (although I probably do) but the boxing one on the wii fit bores me.

Sorry for just popping in your journal like that.

Just wanted to say hi!

Hey don't apologize I appreciate the support! Pop in any time you like
I love the hula hoop, I'm exhausted by the time I've finished lol
The boxing on wii sports is much better, like you actually have to box someone really gets me tired!

Grr the dreading time of the month is lurking, even though I'm down a pound I feel like I've gained two! Ah well lots of exercise today so hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow and even better when I finish. Just gotta keep going.

Food for today is:
Breakfast: Country Crisp with semi-skimmed milk and pro-biotic youghurt
Lunch: Homemade chicken kebabs with salads and whole meal pitta bread
Snack: Apple, Peanut Butter on Toast
Dinner: Chicken and Mushroom Soup

Oh and I made a signature but I don't think its showing up :S

You should get one their addictive and I'm sure he would be tempted :P

Feeling abit fat today, probably cause I'm due on hate it grrr!
I'm starting to worry that I'm not eating enough. Like I'll have days when I'm really hungry all the time and then days when I have to make myself eat...weird! So far I've had my cereal, a chicken salad and a slice of toast but to be honest I wasn't really hungry for any of it.
Anyway my dads gone to bed so gonna have another attempt at the dance mat!

....

I think the dance mat just wasnt meant to be today. About 5 minutes after I started my mum came home with one of her friends. Ahh well.

Hey aww thats ok yeah it makes exercising fun so I'm more likely to do it with those!

Ok so yesterday I am gonna name as my cheat day, had busy day and was out of my room from 10am to 12pm so didn't have time to exercise even though I really wanted to. Also didn't eat very well but I resisted having a burger king so not to bad.
Went to a Tv show recording and saw Boyzone, Alesha Dixon and Martin Freeman Also when we were sitting by the River Thames I thought I saw Dominic Cooper (from Mama Mia) and kept looking at him cause we weren't sure but he kept walking past us then he got a phone call and I herd his voice and it was definately him! lol I Looooooove him! So was a brilliant day but not so much weight loss wise.
But will do lots today to make up for it

The dance mat sounds like soooo much fun! So does the Wii... really going to think of investing in one of those.

I know what you mean about craving sugar during TOM... but mine is ALL month long!

I actually want to do a sugar detox pretty soon... like no sugar at all for two weeks or something... you interested? We could set up a challenge thingy on the forum?

hi kirsty! its funny, your meals look a lot what i normally eat... have you felt energized by the time you work out, or are you fatigued? i feel like sometimes the foods we eat just arent enough, even though it seems like we are eating throughout the day. I have a bad habit of not eating, so when i eat consistently, i think i'm ok since im eating... but if im working out, i actually FEEL when ive eaten enough and when i havent.

also, you are so tiny already.... if you arent trying to lose weight, you would probably see much more toned muscles with more protein at every meal... possibly... i keep telling myself that, at least.

but good luck, i will be following!
