Rep Power: 0 | | Hey jmlls07 thank you for your advice
It's strange some days I could eat constantly but other I can go for ages till the next meal.
I usually feel quite tired after but about 10 minutes later feel fine again
Im trying to loose a tiny bit as I tone up
And the hula hooping is hard but it works
Todays diet was a bit better:
Breakfast: weetabix with semi-skimmed milk (250)
Lunch: Large ham salad with lettuce, spinach, cucumber, beet root and pickles (?)
Dinner: Chicken breast wrap with side salad (500)
Treat: Bag of malteasers (190)
....
Hey Ankebuzz that sounds like such a good idea but I know I wouldn't be able to last lol I don't think I could live without my sugar fix every few days at least :P

Rep Power: 0 | | Ok today not so good, have a stomach ache cause the first thing I ate this morning was a tiny bit of chocolate lol then had to rush home before my lesson quickly had a bowl of weetabix and now having a bowl of country crisp. Not feeling too well and think its all I can keep down.
Going back home today so will hopefully get in an hour on the Wii Fit + Boxing.
Tomorrow will be a better day food wise, so much easier when I'm at home and hopefully feeling better.
Oh and ordered this body con dress which I love! http://www.motelrocks.com/showItem.php?stockCode=52751
Won't be able to wear it until I feel 100% confident in it though so thats my motivation at the moment

Rep Power: 0 | | Ok this day progressively got better had a lovely morning, handed in an assignment and did 45 minutes exercise!
15 minutes of abs, legs and yoga on the Wii Fit
30 minutes of Wii Boxing
And my dad got a takeaway, normally even if I wasn't hungry I would eat it for the sake of it but instead I ordered a chicken shish with lots of salad and will have it for lunch tomorrow.
Also gonna get a chance to go on my dance mat again! You can set it for the amount of calories you wanna burn etc so looking forward to that! |

The dress came this morning and its amaaaaazing! Every time I'm tempted to eat rubbish or not exercise I'm gonna think of that dress now cause I can't wait to wear it. I would definitely recommend you all go out and buy beautiful outfits as motivation!
So today should go well!
Breakfast: Weetabix with semi skimmed milk and muller vitality low fat yoghurt
Lunch: Chicken Shish Kebab without the pita bread (can't live without my garlic sauce though)
Dinner: Not sure yet but maybe something light like soup or something
Exercise:
Dance mat! Woop! For at least 30 minutes
Wii Fit + Boxing: 30 minutes
Ohh and I lost 2 pounds |

Rep Power: 0 | | Lost another pound! I know this is probably a fluctuation but since I'm not gonna be able to weigh myself till at least thursday, it should hopefully be permanent by then
Didn't go clubbing at all last week, usually go twice a week and get absolutely smashed! (I'm a first year at uni) So I feel that was a great accomplishment. The most I drank a few glasses of wine. Don't intend to go out this week either, have loads of deadlines and exams so that helps things. And I'm saving loads of empty calories. Woop! Also when I've been drinking I'm more likely to eat loads! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Ok gonna make today a productive day. Have 4 essays to write and an exam this week so I am gonna try and confine myself to my room as much as possible.
Just had breakfast, so gonna give it a bit then start some exercise using my Pump It Up DVD. I got it ageees ago and loved it but lost it for ages then stumbled across it the other day. Should help spice things up while I'm at uni during the week.
Then I need to have a shower and get on with my work! This usually distracts me from eating when I'm not hungry too |

Rep Power: 19 | | Wow, sound like you're on a roll! I like the second dress even more! Not quite my style (the print), but the cut is stunning, and sooooooo short, heehee.
I think with regards to the exercise, tone it down rather than stop, until you are sure you have a fullblown cold/flu. Then get 3 ENTIRE DAYS of no exercise bed rest and lots of fluids!!!
Well done for not going out as much last week, I know how challenging a busy social life can be (and those darn empty calories... not to mention late night/early morning food stops )
I am also toning down my alcohol intake. Not too many drinks at one "sitting" and much water in between to trick myself, hehe. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Haha yeah I'm thinking of wearing black opaque tights with it just to be safe!
Luckily my cold went as quickly as it came, felt rubbish for a day but now it just hurts a tiny bit when I swallow, weird.
Alcohol is definitely one of the hardest things for me when I'm out seeing as its part of the uni culture.
Anyway having one of them days when I seem to be constantly hungry but I've kept it all good. Had my cereal, yoghurt, chicken and veg soup with a slice of wholemeal low calorie bread, an apple and now a bowl of hot weetabix yum!
According to calorie count thats 599 calories so far.
Also did my Pump It Up DVD this morning. Years ago when I did it (I was alot heavier) I would be knackered by the end! But I actually felt like it wasn't challenging enough. Also did my 5 minutes of sit ups.
Im quite proud of myself because I think this is the longest I've stuck to an exercise routine! Only had one day off and thats because I was out of the house literally all day walking around London. And I think its all down to this forum keeping me on track so thanks guys for your support! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Ok didn't do too badly yesterday ended up eating quite alot but all healthy and under 1,200 calories (apart from one pop tart) I was just constantly hungry, even had two vodka's and diet coke, by decided to stop because I wasn't really bothered.
And I randomly woke up feeling slimmer, you know when you just get that feeling?
Anyway hopefully by thursday I've maintained 121 or lost a pound.
Gonna do some exercise in a minute and finish at least one essay today!! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
