Doesn't help that I'm home and my mum did the shopping yesterday so that means we have huge chocolate chip muffins and biscuits but I'm not gonna eat them! Also Sundays are usually my relaxing day where I tend to have tea and biscuits after my dinner.
Anyway back to uni in a few hours where I won't be able to binge as I'm not taking anything bad back with me
Had my herb crusted haddock for lunch with salsa. Very yummy and low in fat and calories!
Still not sure what to have for dinner. I tend to eat before half 5. Not a diet thing, I've just always done it really and means I wake up with an empty stomach which I like.
Starting to cook for myself more so I know whats actually in the food and I love cooking anyway.
Ahhh I can do this! Off to go snack on some fruit. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Yesterdays dinner ended up being a peanut butter sandwich, but I dunno if people have noticed I tend to have dinner for lunch and lunch for dinner. Again not a diet thing just a trend I got into years ago.
Today I feel good! Had 3 glasses of wine last night and it certainly did the trick.
As long as I don't binge again now I think I'll be fine. Didn't weigh in over the weekend because of how much I ate last week so next weigh in will be Saturday. Quite proud of myself as it used to be the first thing I would do every morning when I was at home and now I don't let it rule my life
Todays walked 1.5 miles from my boyfriends place, then had a big bowl of country crisp cereal when I got home and had two cups of tea and two large glasses of water so far. Didn't have breakfast till about 12 so had a big bowel to try and catch up on the calories. Tempted to maybe even do some exercise but not sure yet. Just gonna concentrate on good eats Roasted vegetables for dinner maybe with some chicken goujans (basically fancy chicken nuggets) which again should be quite a few good calories as I think I might be a bit too low lately. Then apples as snacks or celery with salsa which I'm yet to try, sounds yummy though!
Oh and day 5 of no naughty sugar!! Woop! |

Rep Power: 19 | | Whoa! Well done with the sugar thing, and resisting all the yummies!!! I must admit, I went a little loco on the fathers day dessert :-/ Oh well... was yum.
Wine for constipation... hmmm, will remember that one... ya think 2 shots of vodka would work (I think not, as it's probably the grapes, not the alcohol, moving things along)
Are you enjoying the uni thing? It was so exciting for the few months I was there, but there was way too much pressure (maybe from myself) and I bailed after 10 months!
Anyway, keep on with the healthy eats! Later! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Haha I didn't even think about the grapes!
I'm suprised I'm doing so well with the sugar, things is with me I go for ages not really craving it then it will get really bad! Hoping that doesn't happen its usually round the dreaded TOM.
Just had a reaaaally yummy dinner! Summer roasting vegetables with three breaded goujons. The vegetables took up the whole plate so you can imaging how many I ate
Trying to up my calories but with good stuff. Came up to about 494 calories altogether.
I thought my first year was amazing! But that was mainly due to the social side of things not so much the course lol. I love having my own space and being more independent. We didn't really have too much work in the first year but apparently it triples in the second year! I probably need to put more pressure on myself. |

Rep Power: 19 | | Mmmm, that dinner sounds yum... I did something similar... cooked up a BUNCH of green beans, spinach and onions and placed a small portion of mac and cheese and ham on my bed of vegetables... mmmm so filling and healthy.
I go long periods with eating little to no veg, usually coz of money issues so I try to get in as much as I can! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Mmm that sounds yummy too! Think I might have to try that myself
Food todays been a bit weird, mainly cause I stayed round my boyfriends and he doesn't wake up till quite late then he doesn't really have breakfast so all I've eaten is a home made pizza. Was sooo nice though, made from scratch and only have veg on it, I love that he's a good cook
I looked up the dominos pizza version of what I had and that would be around 750 calories. So seeing as mine was very thin crust and homemade I'm hoping it was around the same or less so between 700-800 which I guess makes up for the calories I had at breakfast.
Only problem is I'm now not hungry! Gonna have to force myself to eat something later cause my calories are way too low.
Day 6 of no sugar and still doing well, even after drinking last night my boyfriend offered me chocolate and I resisted! And again this morning. I just hope all this cutting out sugar has an affect somewhere! Can't wait to weigh in at the weekend. I'm doing so well since I did all that bingeing last week and I'm determined not to ruin it again! Really hope I have a loss!
15 days till holiday!
.....
Ok about to go out and haven't eaten anymore, I know its bad but I can't force myself to eat! Its because I got up so late then had a big meal so this won't become a habit!
Out to go drinking again...bad I know but at least its more calories (joke!)
I'll do better tomorrow I promise, its just been a weird day.

Rep Power: 0 | | I try to go for the sugar free/low sugar options like vodka and diet coke or something. Don't really like alcopops or fizzy drinks in general really.
Not gonna drink tonight thank god! Thinking a nice quite night in watching a film.
Have a feeling todays gonna be one of them days where I just wanna constantly eat though, if I do it will be all good and within my calories.
So far today
Breakfast: Country Crisp with Semi-skimmed milk (400)
Lunch: Baked Beans on wholemeal toast (300)
I don't really have much choice but to eat good I only have healthy stuff here and really can't be bothered to go to the shop! Might go later and get some chicken breast and have it with vegetables for dinner. Will snack on apples and celery if I get hungry.
Day 7 of no chocolate, biscuits etc! Surprised I haven't craved more, just shows I really don't need it as much as I thought I would.

Rep Power: 0 | | I think I have a slight hangover. My body feels dehydrated like I really need something greasy or full of sugar oh well its my own fault. Drinking tea is making it feel a bit better!
Dinner ended up being four chicken goujons with salsa (350) not really very hungry again now but will try and eat more if I can.
Tomorrow will be a normal day food wise seeing as I'm staying at mine tonight which I haven't done all week. That means I can get up early, eat breakfast etc basically have a normal day and eat the right amount of calories! Think I will do some food shopping tomorrow and look up some recipes, any ideas?
Bought some self tan yesterday, apparently when your tanned you look slimmer
And I'm still trying to get rid of these stupid tan lines from when I got burnt. I really don't wanna go on holiday looking like a patchwork quilt! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Feeling pretty good today, apart from the fact my tan went abit streaky, only I could manage to make it worse! Oh well only lasts 2 days and then I'm gonna use a gradual tanner. So hopefully won't look like a stripy orange for to long
Was a bit worried my body would relapse after drinking and bloat but I'm ok now and seriously gonna try and cut down. Max 2 small glasses of wine from now on. Gonna be home for a week on Friday and I tend not to drink when I'm at home.
Pretty sure I've lost this week. Since I don't have a scale at uni I tend to judge how far my belly is sticking in the mornings on whether I'm doing well or not. Plus I haven't binged or cheated once all week which is a major accomplishment for me.
Gonna get rid of cheat days. If I really crave a takeaway something once in a while I'll have one but I'm not gonna assign one once a week cause sometimes I think I just do it for the sake of it. So thats 8 days of clean eating so far and I'm still not craving any crap because I know how rubbish my body feels after I've eaten it and it just ruins all my hard work.
Not sure what to have for lunch at the moment. Need to go to the shop in a minute might get one of these for lunch innocent drinks : our drinks - smoothies, thickies, really lovely juices
Probably the Indian Daal Curry one.
Then for dinner might get some of the roasting vegetables again if they have them and eat them with the goujons I have left as I need to finish them.
Whats everyones favorite healthy meal? I need some ideas as I'll be cooking a lot when I'm home |

Rep Power: 0 | | Feeling pretty confident this week, really hope I've lost as I've been sooo good with my food!
Last night I did drink but only 2 glasses and I didn't really want them but the bf wanted to share a bottle. Then I refused any more drinks.
Yesterdays food was:
Breakfast: Weetabix with Semi-Skimmed Milk
Lunch: Innocent Indian Daal Curry innocent drinks : our drinks - smoothies, thickies, really lovely juices
Dinner: Eat Well Roast Chicken Dinner from M & S
Todays Food:
Breakfast: Weetabix (3 Biscuits instead of my usual 2 as I've only just eaten it at lunch time and wanna catch up abit) Semi- Skimmed Milk.
Lunch: 3 Chicken goujons with baked beans.
Dinner: Peanut Butter Sandwich
Then I will try and snack quite a bit to make sure I get enough calories.
(As you can see I'm trying to use up the food I have)
9 Days of no chocolate, biscuits etccccc!!
(My boyfriend did offer me chocolate last night, and then a bowl of my favorite cereal Country Crisp but the chocolate version! And I refused)
12 Days till my holiday!!
P.S. Sad news about MJ, was never his biggest fan but have to admit his music was amazing and despite what people say he was a legend! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Ok I'm home all week this week and plan to cook lots!
Here are some of the recipes I'm going to attempt Indian Vegetable Curry Easy Thai prawn curry recipe - Recipes - BBC Good Food Tesco.com - Page not found
Sunday will be a roast dinner but I'll have a small portion with loads of veg!
Monday I'll also be out in London all day so will try and find somewhere healthy to eat, probably get a subway or something.
Will be eating out Wednesday night but where I'm going they do this pizza that has a hole in the middle with salad in it and is about 500 calories so I'll have that!
So the recipes will be for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
And if I do drink this week it will only be on Wednesday as it's a special occasion.
Feeling good about the week ahead, especially since I've panned it out, weigh in tomorrow! Fingers Crossed!! |

Weigh in stayed the same after 3 weeks.
Not really upset or anything just slightly confused since I've done better with food than I normally do all week and I don't think its the alcohol as I normally drink more! However I have noticed that my body feels slightly more toned than usual even though I've done no exercise! Maybe I'm walking more or something? But nonetheless....very confused!!
Anyway don't worry I'm not gonna let this discourage me at all and think I will start using the Wii Fit again this week since I can when I'm home. Also have DDR which I will go on if the living rooms free. I might as well tone up more if my body's doing something anyway! Will probably weigh myself again during to week to see if it varies.
Food Plan:
Breakfast: Country Crisp with Semi-Skimmed Milk (428)
Snack: Peanut Butter on nimble bread (200)
Lunch: Innocent Indian Daal Curry (330) Handful of Strawberries (50?)
Dinner: Weetabix with Semi-Skimmed Milk (200)
Working today so 5 hours of walking up and down stairs - FUN! But good exercise I guess.
Oh and....
11 days till my holiday!
10 days of sugar ban!
