I've decided to try and get back into the exercise, even though its a bit difficult since I don't know where I'll be one week to the next!
Gonna plan this week out anyway. That way I'm more likely to stick to it. If I plan it out each week I think it will help. I'm gonna try and limit any abs exercises though untill I've dropped a few more pounds. I have quite a strong midsection so when I do work on it it bulges the fat out. Once that bit of fats gone I'll work on it a bit more!

Today: Had work and just did 30 minutes on the Wii.
Sunday: Will get up and do 30-60 minutes of Wii Fit/Wii Boxing + walking round London all day (roughly 4 hours).
Monday: Will get up and do 30-60 minutes of Wii Fit/Wii Boxing + walking round London all day (roughly 4 hours).
Tuesday: Wii Fit/Wii Boxing + DDR.
Wednesday: Wii Fit/Wii Boxing +DDR
Thursday: Wii Fit/Wii Boxing +DDR + Clubbing in the evening.
Friday: Wii Fit/Wii Boxing +DDR
Saturday: Work. Wii Fit/Wii Boxing if I have time before.

Come Sunday I will be back at uni sorting out my house so I will decide on next week then. Also by Wednesday I will be going on holiday but that will involve lots of heat, a pool and lots of walking about and as long as I'm sensible with food its cool

Plus I still have a 2 week trial at my gym I need to use. So if my house is sorted after my holiday I can use that for 2 weeks until my next holiday (great british seaside).

I actually quite enjoy exercise my life's just all over the place at the moment so its hard to keep up!

Ok think I'm doing quite well today
Got up and had my country crisp cereal, wanted to have weetabix with low fat yoghurt and strawberries but the shop was closed and we didn't have any weetabix, so I will try that tomorrow.
About an hour after that did my exercise on the Wii Fit which was 20 minutes warm up (yoga/strength) then 30 minutes cardio (boxing) and a 10 minute cool down (yoga/strength)
Haven't gone up to London yet, not sure whats going on so not sure what my dinner will be yet but so far I've had some kind of fruit or veg with eat meal:

Breakfast: Country Crisp with Strawberries with Semi-Skimmed Milk (450)
Snack: Apple (80)
Lunch: No-cook chicken couscous recipe - Recipes - BBC Good Food but without the chicken so more of a snack. (160)
Snack: Strawberries (30)

A bit peckish now but not sure what to eat, if I don't go out might attempt the vegetable curry!

Quick update on how the rest of the day went.
Ended up having to rush out so had weetabix with yoghurt and sliced strawberries (could have been alot worse for a quick meal)

Walked for about 2 hours in London so quite alot of exercise for me today.
Got home and was hungry so had a slice of nimble with peanut butter.
Walking round London for at least 4 hours tomorrow and its meant to be the hottest day of the year so far..so lots of sweating! Gonna get up early and do my 60 minutes before I go out.

Food Plan
Wake up and have water with lemon juice.
Breakfast: Country Crisp or Weetabix (Country Crisp will help get my calories up so might have that)
Lunch: Pizza Pita - Wholemeal Pita with chopped vegetables, tomato puree and small bit of cheese.
Snack: Apple/Sliced Peppers
Dinner: Roasted Vegetables with CousCous (I've already made this so I can take it out with me)

I've been reading about the benefits of lemon juice - not just for weight loss but in general and will start to incorporate it in to my diet.
Here's hoping tomorrow goes well!

Did well today in terms of food and exercise

Food Plan
Wake up and have water with lemon juice.
Breakfast: Country Crisp
Lunch: Pizza Pita - Wholemeal Pita with chopped vegetables, tomato puree and small bit of cheese.
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Roasted Vegetables with CousCous
Snack: Nimble Toast + Peanut Butter

Exercise
60 minutes on Wii. Same as yesterday.
4 hours or more of walking round London.

However I'm wondering if I might be eating too much fiber? Although I'm eating well I keep feeling really bloated and often constipated (sorry if its TMI). I drink loads of water. Not sure what to do though as I don't wanna start eating rubbish again. Maybe more protein or something?

Home all day tomorrow apart from going out dancing in the evening. Gonna make a vegetable curry for dinner, will have country crisp for breakfast. Not sure what to have for lunch yet though? Maybe some lean meat or fish will help?

UPDATE

Ok did some research and since I've increased my intake of fruit and veg quit a lot lately, my bodies taking some time to adjust and so hopefully in the next few days it will calm down. I think tomorrow I will focus on mainly veggies rather than as much fruit, especially ones that won't do much harm to my system e.g. cucumber.

13 Days of no chocolates, biscuits etc.
8 Days till my holidaaaaay

Pretty sure I either introduced too much fruit and vegetables to quickly or I'm intolerant to some fruits. So today gonna try and make it mostly vegetables and add more fruits gradually. I've been so good lately (2 weeks tomorrow I won't have cheated at all) and don't wanna go on holiday with a bloated belly still!

We're currently going through a heat-wave in the UK at the moment so it's boiling!
Anyway gonna watch Jeremy Kyle in a minute then start my exercise. Jeremy Kyle is a talk show like Jerry Springer but not so extreme!!

Ohh and also went a bit shopping mad yesterday! Took my mum on the London Eye as a surprise birthday present and then we went to Oxford Street and yeah....lol spent loads in Primark but anyone who knows Primark knows you get a lot for your money. Ended up getting one skirt, pair of shorts, two tops, a cardigan, a bag, a belt, earrings, perfume and a necklace for about £40. BARGAIN! A lot of it was holiday shopping, all I need now is a bikini.

Yesterday went well apart from a bit of a drinking session but in terms of food I was really good

Breakfast
Lemon Juice with Water
Country Crisp + Semi-Skimmed Milk

Snack
Wholemeal Pitta with Humous

Lunch
3 Chicken Goujons with Salad - No Dressing

Dinner
Vegetable Curry (that I made!)

Plus lots of water (with lemon) and green tea.

Also did 60 minutes of exercise

I think my digestive system has finally calmed down and adjusted to me eating more fruit and veg which is good cause I enjoy eating it!
Also just weighed in cause I was curious, was actually expecting it to be the same or go up because my stomach feels quite heavy lately and I drank alot last night. At the beginning of the week I weighed in and had gone back to 121 lbs.
But......

I lost 3 pounds!!!
After plateauing for like 3 weeks its finally dropped wooohooo!

118

Todays been a weird day in terms of food but still trying to stay within the right range of calories. Stayed at the bfs last night and he always wakes up really late and doesnt have breakfast. So had breakfast at 4.30 lol had a huge bowl of country crisp though (oat clusters) which is quite high in calories so was probably about 500 calories. Going out for dinner tonight with my best friends who I haven't seen in a while to Pizza Express and they do a range of pizzas that have salads in the middle and work out about 500 calories so will be having that
Leggera Pizzas - Promotions - PizzaExpress
Yuummmy!
Not gonna be able to manage an hour of exercise today as I need to go out soon but will go and squeeze 30-45 minutes in now.

7 days till my holiday!! This time next week I will be lying on a beach
14 days of no sweets! 2 weeks! I'm so proud of myself and will not ruin it by having a desert tonight. All this good stuff is making my hangover slightly bearable haha.

Little update on this evening.
Had my 500 calories pizza, didn't feel me up as much as I thought. Was weird going to a restaurant and not over eating! Then went to the pub and shared a bottle of rose with a friend. So about two glasses. I could have drank more but resisted

Tomorrow I plan to eat well, exercise and sunbathe! Need a base before my holiday.
Think I might make my vegetable curry again. Its yummy and super healthy and I can eat loads without it having too many calories.

Feel like I've gone through some changes lately. I haven't really craved junk food at all. I actually prefer eating healthily because it makes me feel good inside and I like feeling my body change. Also once I eat junk food it makes me feel bloated and I hate that feeling so much so it really puts me off!! I'm not gonna use my holiday as an excuse to binge as it just doesn't really appeal to me. Just gonna eat normally and healthily without depriving myself - which I don't think I do anyway.
Ahhh so close to my goal now I can almost taste it! I don't mind if I reach it before or after my holiday as long as I reach it eventually.

Im watching Miami Ink and really want another tattoo, but dunno what or where? Already have two. Maybe I should leave it a while but they're so addictive! And where Im going on holiday in August there's this amazing tattoo studio where I got my first one done...hmmm tempting!

Anyways sleepy time for me so I don't wake up too late.
Night All x

Food for today

Woke up and drank lemon water.
Breakfast: Country Crisp with strawberries + Semi-Skimmed Milk
Lunch: Chicken Goujons with Salad (Lettuce, Cucumber and Tomato)
Snack: Wholemeal Pita Bread with Low Fat Humous
Dinner: Homemade Vegetable Curry (Cauliflower, Carrots, Peas, Potatoes, Onion) - This is becoming a favourite of mine and apparently chili is good for your metabolism!

So far I've done 50 minutes of Wii Fit/Boxing.
Gonna do at least half hour more later. Been drinking lots of lemon water and green tea.

Think I will weigh in again tomorrow, just to check I'm not gaining as I'm trying to slowly up my calories to between 1200-1300 because I'm exercising as well. Am going shopping again tomorrow so will involve lots of walking. Will still do an hour of exercise before I go and make something healthy to take with me. Then I have work saturday where I'm running up and down stairs for 5 hours then in the evening I have to move houses! So quite alot of exercise in the next few days. Not sure what Sunday till Tuesday will involve yet as I'll be back at uni sorting out my house but will try and squeeze something in even if its just a walk. I tend to walk alot when I'm there anyway like walking to and from my boyfriends house. Then Wednesday is my holiday!!
Today I reached 1288

Did quite well today I think.
Woke up and had a glass of lemon water.

Breakfast: Country Crisp with Strawberries + Semi Skimmed Milk (500)
Snack: Apple (80)
Lunch: Homemade Chicken CousCous with Red Peppers and Spring Onion (350)
Snack: Strawberries (50)
Dinner: Weetabix with Semi-Skimmed Milk (200)
Snack: Strawberries (50)

I know cereal isn't the best dinner but at least I only do this once a week now whereas I used to do it nearly every day
Today I was allowed to take a day off exercising but squeezed in 30 minutes before work anyway. Might do some more later. Walked up and down stairs continuously today.

Gonna weigh in tomorrow, its the last day I can really do it properly before I go on holiday and feeling pretty good. As long as I haven't gained its fine which I doubt because I haven't overeaten and have exercised more than usual this week. Its also the last day I can really exercise properly before I go. So will do at least an hour and try for 2 if I have time.

Only 3 days of eating before I go on holiday. Got some more of them Innocent Veg Pots
innocent drinks : our drinks - smoothies, thickies, really lovely juices
innocent drinks : our drinks - smoothies, thickies, really lovely juices

So thats two dinners/lunches for the week. Will have my normal cereal most probably and then something light. Will also depend on what's happening with the bf as will be spending most of my time with him till Tuesday since I wont see him for about two weeks...sad times

Just weighed in and.....

1 MORE POUND! That puts me at 117

Only 2 Pounds to go!

I'm not annoyed at all that I didn't reach my goal before my holiday as it means I will keep going when I get back for definite and I'm less likely to slip up. Will still do a lot of exercise this morning and carry on eating well. So glad after a very long plateau that its become regular again. And I think my body's finally adjusted to the increase in fruit and veg as I'm not longer feeling really bloated woop woop!

Food
Water with Lemon Juice
Breakfast: Country Crisp with Strawberries with Semi-Skimmed Milk (500)

Thank you! It's always nice to know someone's reading

Feeling pretty good today lunch yesterday ended up being a peanut butter sandwich on wholemeal bread (200) and dinner was a Tesco's Light Choices Chicken and Broccoli Pie (320) then had an apple and a few strawberries.

Stayed at the bf's last night and just walked back (about 1.5 miles) and had my cereal..its 1pm though! Ah well will probably have a peanut butter sandwich for lunch or some vegetable couscous I bought. Dinner will be one of my innoccent veg pots which are about 300 calories each and have 3 portions of you 5 a day then will have apples and strawberries for snacks...thats if I can squeeze all that in since its so late!

Although I only managed 30 minutes on the Wii yesterday because I didn't have time to do any more. I did spend about half an hour going up and down stairs emptying my room (I live on the top floor!!). Then spent another hour dismantling my room and then walked to my bfs (1.5 miles) so quite alot of exercise anyway.

Gonna do some yoga today, and will end up walking somewhere later.
Need to go shopping for a bikini in a little while as my holiday is Wednesday and still dont have one yikes!
Just put on some of that Dove Summer Glow Gradual Tanner. It's actually really good and now I won't look so milky when I get there. It hasn't gone streaky or anything and apparently your skin always looks better when you have a tan and you appear slimmer? Anyway it gives you a really good tan.

Ohhh and thought I should add

19 days of no biscuits, chocolate, ice cream etcccc!
1 day till my holiday!

It was pouring down here this morning as well and now it's really sunny, this country is so weird!
Going to tenerife for a week hopefully I'll come back nice and golden.

Todays been a weird one even thought its only lunch time. When I was in bed I felt kind of sick so I got up then I started shaking and getting a hot sweat and my body was trying to be sick but there was nothing in me (sorry if its TMI) and then I was ok, then it randomly happened again so I was a bit scared to eat breakfast but I did and at the moment I'm ok. I don't know what it would be though? Just really hoping I don't get ill the day before my holiday!

Anyway gonna try and eat today but the thought of food at the moment is making me feel a bit sick. Hopefully I'll feel better later. Lunch will be either beans on toast or peanut butter sandwich and an apple. I have an Innocent Veg Pot in the fridge that I need to eat but I dunno if I can stomach it which is weird cause I love it! Also have couscous with roasted vegetables which I will probably eat. Ahh well I will report back with how I feel later.
Might do some yoga if I feel better, but the main bit of todays exercise will be walking up and down 4 flights of stairs about 10 times emptying my room...fun times!!
Kind of weird thinking this is my last few hours in my room that I've spent the last year in, was kind of sad packing everything up. Then I have to go back home, empty my suitcase and re-pack it for holiday and need to be up at 4 am so really gotta try and get some sleep in or I'll feel rubbish! Gonna be a busy 24 hours!

20 days of no biscuits, chocolates etc!
24 hours and I'll be in tenerifeeeee woooop!

I love these songs at the moment
YouTube - Cascada - Evacuate The Dancefloor
YouTube - Lady Gaga - Paparazzi
