Rep Power: 33 | | Day 1 starts tomorrow, 4-29-09
I saw 186.8 a month ago but I'm back to 191.8
Too much cheap/processed food and of course no exercise.
I've dusted off my RS Food Mover and made a detailed fitness chart.
I will be adding a new spin to the food mover. I'm going to try calorie shifting with it and see how that works out.
That may work out great for me as well bc of being on such a strict budget.
The main key with me and for me is to EXERCISE. For cryin' out loud this has been so difficult for me and it's time2change that!
*Wish Me Luck*

Glad to see you back here! It sucks that Dave's pay and vacation got cut, but like you said, at least he still has a job. My dad's down to 32hrs per week now.
Anyway, just wanted to wish you well as you make a fresh start. You know I luv my sugar lips. |

Your circuit training is something you could get away with doing 6 days per week, most likely.
If you start to feel run down though, simply back off a bit.
Also, you might want to replace some of the circuit training sessions with some form of steady state or interval cardio. Reason: It tends to be a little more calorically expensive which is important at the stage you're at. |

Thanks so much for the applauds..(*giggles* almost typed applesauce!)
??? lol
To be 110% Honest...Tara from BL has inspired ME so much!
What a great gal she is!
As I watch each week and find tears of joy for her running down my cheeks, she makes ME want it!
I have had so many issues with (not feeling I'm worth it) and that leads to pity party syndrome which then leads to binge eating or just not caring what I put in my mouth.
My rededication to my faith and myself has moved mountains for me.
Then, I watch Tara and I'm just full of hope.
I'm double dang gonna do it this time!
Thanks for stopping in. |

Rep Power: 33 | | Have A Goal Reachin' Thursday Everyone! Holy cow am I sore!
Hahahaha!
I'm gonna have to push thru it though bc today is Disco Sweat day.
(I love Richard Simmons.) *HeeHee*
I think it goes back 15 years.
After having Cory, my new body was hard to handle.
Before gettin' pregger's I was a healthy but skinny girl.
I was a size 0-1 (115-120 lbs)
After Cory I was in a 11. Big Change for someone that had always been tiny and got to wear the cutest clothes.
When Cory was one I was up late and watched the RS infomercial.
I got the Tone & Sweat and Disco Sweat set.
After a few months I lost 20 lbs, many inches and was at my goal.
I was a 8/9 (153 lbs) I felt great. I had curves now and needed some extra weight. I was toned, fit, and liked my new body.
That was the first time in my life I ever had to lose weight.
Richard got me thru...
I don't think I'll ever be a 8/9 again bc I'll turn 36 May 28th, but I can't wait to see what I will feel/look like once I get this weight off and become fit again.
Whelp, Day 2 is here and I need ta get busy!

Rep Power: 33 | | | Texas News: Swine Flu
Man, it is gettin' scary here!
Ft. Worth (1 hr. from us) has now shut down the ENTIRE school district until May 8th
Dallas (20-30 mins from us/depending on traffic) has shut down 2 schools.
We are in Mesquite.
Starting Monday, I made Cory take hand sanitizer with him at school and told him when he should use it. He is gettin' frustrated with me bc I'm asking him everyday if he has obeyed me, but OH WELL!
I told him last night that not only do I want him to be safe, but he needs to think of me, his dad, and ZuZu as well!
I haven't heard yet if your pets can catch it?
He just rolls his eyes when he gets home and I tell him to wash up.
What is it about teen boys and poor hygiene?
Boy, this is really messin' with my OCD.. lol
There are so many cases here in Texas.
It's so sad that a small child has died in South Texas. |

Rep Power: 35 | | Hey there girly!
Sorry to hear that the Swine Flu has got you so worried.
Around my house I joke that the danger isn't with anyone catching the Swine Flu but in catching the Whine Flu.
Uggg!
My kids have been whining now for a week straight and it is really starting ot get on my nerves. lol
Glad to see that you are back.........I missed ya.
Now go do some booty shaking with Richard Simmons! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
