Rep Power: 7 | | You know Franchise, that this is a lifestyle change, not a "diet", and in reality you are going to have situations in your life where the possibility to overeat comes up, so you did at the BBQ. Don't beat yourself up over it, just accept that you did so, and move on We all have days where we are less than perfect.
It is a long term thing you are doing, not a quick fix, 0.4 of a lb is not a disaster. And it's probably just normal fluctuation anyway. Bottom line is a one off like that doesn't matter - what matters is your commitment, and jumping right back into it today
You are doing great!!! |

No I live in Manchester but I've got a couple of mates from Derby who have cars festooned with Rams stuff so I recognised the logo.
How are you doing today? |

How are you doing today? | Not too bad, these weightwatchers breads are lifesavers. 49 calories a slice? Now we're talking. Just got back from the doctors too, for the first time in several years, my blood pressure is finally stable, it was up at 180 or something and now down to 120. Not sure if this is because i've been exercising more or because of the medication, but hey, off to a good start today. |

Rep Power: 15 | | hey buddy, glad to see you're still sticking with it, you can't be too hard on yourself for going overboard every once in awhile, this weekend i over did it a bit myself, drank lots of beer and ate grill food and snacks for two straight days...it was a holiday here in the U.S., but yes, like kori said, this is a lifestyle change and if you beat yourself up every time you eat something bad, you'll never last at this, you have to allow yourself a treat now and then because damnit, you've earned it! and if you see it on the scale, chalk it up to the process, this is a long process you're going through and there's nothing you can do to make it shorter, so enjoy the ride, work your ass off, and give yourself a pat on the back, eat some burgers, and go work your ass off again cheers! |

Rep Power: 4 | | Haha, thanks fatguy. I know I can let myself loose every once in a while, but like a lot of people, this weight problem isn't something recent, it's something i've had for my whole life, and when I see my weight going up despite dieting, it hits me and hits me hard.
I wish I could exercise more than just walking, if I move quicker then I feel the burn almost immediately. |

Rep Power: 4 | | | All joking aside, our floors aren't sturdy as it is, my weight moving around probably won't help!
I'm back to my normal weight after 'going up' a little the last few days. In fact, i'm now an even 262lbs.
And i've taken a liking to brocolli, I assume that's good. |

Surely a sign of things to come. |

Rep Power: 4 | | Rightio, time for my 11pm nightly weighing, and i've lost 0.6lbs today. That means I'm just one pound shy of a stone lost this month.
One more pound and i'd have lost one stone in one month.
Definately great. <3

Still a little bothered by the three coffins that went past be earlier while I was drenched in sweat though. Found a nice little place to go walking, behind the main road and in front of the railway tracks (well, between the two obviously) there's a nature path that goes ages.
I think i'll try and make that regular. |
