Rep Power: 0 | | | The Last Twenty I started a weight loss journey in 2007. It's been a rocky road. And now I want to finish that journey.
It's now time to lose the last twenty lbs and move on. Every day I think to myself, "I will be good tomorrow...I'll start tomorrow" - but the fact of the matter is..it is now or never...and that goes for most things in life. You either work hard at it and see it pay off or you put it on hold for another day...and another and another.
I am so tired of seeing the person in the mirror because that is *not* me. I hate having a hard time shopping for clothes, and I hate not being comfortable in my own skin. Something has *got* to change. And starting right this minute, I am making a change for the better with the intention to lose 20 lbs. |

I like your determination and your realistic attitude.
Do you have a plan to go with your goal? Portion control + healthy food + daily exercise = 20 lbs GONE!!! You can do it!
Cheers,

Rep Power: 0 | | Woot, woot! Got my signature back up! On my period and felt sick today so the gym was a no-go. Tomorrow is a different story. The aim is to spend at least an hr 3-4 days of the week at the gym. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Did a bit of aerobics today- not much exercise as the day was busy. I will get in about 3-4 miles of walking tomorrow hopefully.
I have been avoiding the gym like the plague- why? I don't know. There is nothing exciting about the gym but I know that whenever I leave there I feel great. Realistically I will try to hit the gym at least three times next week. |

Rep Power: 0 | | I have decided not to weight myself everyday- and to do it once a week. It used to be every Wednesdays initially....maybe I will keep it every Wednesday.
June 10-
June 17-
June 24-
I have a major exam to write on July 28. Kinda scary seeing as I'm not even 60% prepared. Gotta keep on top of that.
Anyhoo, weight loss goal for June: 3-4 lbs.
CW: 112lbs
GW: 108 lbs
Btw, just to explain to people that think 108lbs is too low, haha, it's not. I stand somewhere between 4ft 10" and 4ft 11" and the lbs *really* show on my small frame. I am very very flabby. Anyhoo, healthy weight range for that height is anywhere from 91.6 lbs to 123lbs I believe. For that fact alone, it sucks to be short! |

Sounds like a good goal. I really wouldn't know. It really does all depend on height, frame, muscle mass, sex, age, ect......
I am 6' and when I first told ppl about wanting to reach 130 lbs , most were in an up roar. I was about 125-130 lbs b4 I gained the 30 or so lbs, I didn't look under weight, nor mal nourished.
It's funny ppl never said when I was that weight, "Oh you need to gain weight, BUT they did however give Subtle Hints about eating something more. (and yet not knowing just how much I ate) Now When I was overweight, noone ever said you should lose weight, except my parent's. Most ppl my height whom are that weight (which was over weight for my body) are at the right and "Healthy" weight for THEIR Bodies. My Doctor has told me if I want to lose the weight to stop binging....
There was this one website that I found on here that someone posted about different sizes and heights and ppl's pictures at those sizes, it was kind of fun...I'll be back gotta go get it. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
