Rep Power: 6 | | Since starting the new diet i've been online and researching. It's basically how my time is spent now so i don't think about food obsessively. This is a great article which i may revert back to if/when i feel like stuffing my face: Are you really hungry? Learn to identify the growling imposters in your tummy
The new program I'm doing totally eliminates sugar and starch all together which may be the secret why I'm not getting hungry. The first 10 days the body is supposedly detoxifying. But I have to say I do feel some (muscle? general body?) pain and serves as more evidence how dangerous some foods really are.
Since I haven't been really hungry i'm learning that alot of the times it's all mental or habitual hunger. It has to be considering I have enough energy fat stores to last me 166 days without food (yeah i did the math) 220-125=95 *3500=332500 /2000calories per day = 166.25 days
Shameful

Rep Power: 46 | | You goals seem kind of steep to me.
A good rate of weight loss is generally considered to be 1% of your body weight per week. By June 23 you might instead want to shoot for a target of 210.
Just a thought. |

Rep Power: 18 | | the reason why they say that is because you want to limit the amount of muscle that you lose. The body will not just take away fat when being starved. It will also eliminate muscle. This can cause many problems. The more lean muscle you have the more calories you will burn through out the day.
There are many reasons but with your diet you will be see a lot of muscle loss. |

Rep Power: 18 | | | you might have put this elsewhere but can you give us somemore info on yourself. Age? Why you want to lose so fast? Why you want to lose weight? What other methods have you tried? When it comes to losing weight, where do you fail?

Rep Power: 6 | | This is really embarrassing to admit but I gained all the weight in the past year! It's been a very chaotic year and I wasn't paying attention AT ALL to what i was putting down my throat. Gaining 70 lbs in such a very short period of time is very unhealthy. And I'm confident the weight will come off quickly because my body just isn't used to storing so much fat. Praying.
Admittingly, the program is a bit drastic. Supposedly the accupuncture tricks the body into burning only fat. I keep a daily log of my lean body mass index so I will post the results when i reach my first goal and compare.
This is the only diet program i have ever done. I hate to say i'm experimenting with my body but essentially that is what i'm doing here.

Rep Power: 6 | | Just completed The Firm's Ultimate Cardio with a transfirmer for 45 minutes burning 519 calories!!
Today is raining here and couldn't get out to walk the 2 miles BUT i have made a great discovery. The firm workouts are much more challenging then just walking so i'm changing my workouts to 5 days alternating cardio and strength/toning dvd's |

Rep Power: 6 | | Ukh, my water weight is up which explains the dramatic decline in body fat %. The good thing about doing the body compostion everyday is you really do learn alot about your body. Even if it's not 100% accurate it's very consistent for an $80 scale. |
