Rep Power: 6 | | I didn't workout yesterday because I was so tired. In the past 4 days I've lost 3.22 pounds of fat. So far (according to the scale) my lean body mass has remained the same, which is what I was fearing losing when I started this program. |

Rep Power: 4 | | hey 18% well done on all the workouts you are getting in. How are you feeling on your diet, do you think you're eating enough to be able to cope with working out and everything? x |

Surprisingly I am very energetic. I wasn't expecting it but goes to show that it's food quality not quantity that counts.
Typically I do have enough energy to carry me through the day. I go to bed beat and I wake up feeling superb. The only exception so far has been the 3 hour hike in the mountains I did on Sunday. It was a milk day and I went against my better judgement and didn't eat enough. I ate pasta (a big NO NO on this plan) Monday and Tuesday and my muscle ache is gone.
They say the first 10 days are the worst so hopefully I won't need to cheat again. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
