Just completed the firm dvd..

Who invented planks?? they hurt! can't wait for this 6 inch layer of fat to come off

You're so sweet. I think 18-22% is ideal for women. You'll get there alot quicker than me for sure!

I didn't workout yesterday because I was so tired. In the past 4 days I've lost 3.22 pounds of fat. So far (according to the scale) my lean body mass has remained the same, which is what I was fearing losing when I started this program.

Hey 18% how are you?! So can you tell us some components of your Bead Diet..what you're eating and whether you get treatments such as acupuncture etc? Best of luck on your program fellow New Yorker .

Surprisingly I am very energetic. I wasn't expecting it but goes to show that it's food quality not quantity that counts.

Typically I do have enough energy to carry me through the day. I go to bed beat and I wake up feeling superb. The only exception so far has been the 3 hour hike in the mountains I did on Sunday. It was a milk day and I went against my better judgement and didn't eat enough. I ate pasta (a big NO NO on this plan) Monday and Tuesday and my muscle ache is gone.

They say the first 10 days are the worst so hopefully I won't need to cheat again.
