So I have about 17-24 pounds to lose to get to a healthy body fat. I only weigh myself 1 time a week now and I will get my body fat checked every 1-2months.
My current calorie needs to maintain my weight are 2200-2300. To lose weight I will eat 1400-1700 calories a day and NO LESS! My carbs will be 200-275 gram, Protein is 50-60 grams and Fat is 35-40 grams.
I will eat 4-6 mini meals a day and drink 100-128 oz of water.

Today is going ok but my knee injury is still killing me. I may have to go to the doctor about it. It happened last Tuesday when I was doing some kicking.
Meal 1: Veggie Lasagna
Meal 2: 2 slices oroweat light bread, 2 slices lean ham, mustard, 1 slice cheese, 1 large slice tomato, 1/2 cup cooked spinach, 1 cup light OJ
Meal 3: 1/2 cup trail mix (almonds, cashews, dried fruit and chocolate chips)
Meal 4: Veggie Lasagna (last of the leftovers!)
Meal 5: 1 Pria bar (I needed something chocolate!! ), Lean Cuisine Margherita pizza

*Still getting my 400mcg Chromium, multivitamin, 2 Citracals and 4g Fish oil with 110 oz water
Workout:
45 minute slow walk, it is getting warm here finally and was almost 50!
I'm getting ready to do some more cardio and pilates and will post it when I'm done!

Meal 6: 1 cup healthy pop popcorn, 1 string cheese, 2 slices oroweat light ww bread, mustard and a very thick slice of tomato (I love tomato sandwiches!! Grew up on them.....lol)
This weekend was absolutely horrible as far as food goes! I feel so mad at myself for eating out so much and I didn't exercise except for 90 minutes walking on Saturday. UGH!!!!
I don't even want to look at the scale today and I won't LOL. I'm going to drink lots of water today to flush all this sodium from eating out....OUT!
I must find ways that I won't undo all my good work on the weekends. It seems like I get lazy and I just don't care about eating right when Friday night/Saturday/Sunday is here.
I'm back on the wagon today though! Hopefully I can not have one of those weekends this coming weekend!
