Hi RunningGirl and SallyBean.
Thanks for checking in on me~
I know I haven't been on here properly in a while. How are things with you guys?
I've had a rough week, mood wise, which curbed my exercise and diet plan pretty thoroughly. I got back on track today, which was so thrilling. I went for a run in the river valley on the trails, which make me feel like I'm not running at all, just playing, and guess what?! I twisted my f$%$#@ ankle! AGAIN!!!
So I've cancelled work for the rest of the weekend because I can't bend my foot at all and I'll be no help to the old ladies. It's nice to have the free time, but sucks to miss the paycheque. And I am so frustrated. I was getting into a relatively good running routine, and it's f@#!ed up again.

Ouch

Ouch!!! Sorry to hear about your ankle. Sometimes it seems that just when you start to get into a groove something comes along to knock the wind out of your sails. Maybe it will heal fast and you can get back on track soon.

Serious lapsing happening here.

Well, it's been awhile now since I've done anything good. I went to the doctor for a physical and got weighed in at 153lbs after a couple weeks of pizza and beer and feeling sorry for myself, and avoiding everyone, and now I am sort of getting back on track. I realize my major downfalls are bread, cheese, and peanut butter, so I have put the kaibosh on them for awhile. I've stocked up with veggies and fruits and fish, and the last couple days haven't been so bad. No exercise lately. That'll be my next hurdle.

Hello Kaiser,

I hear ya, I self sabatoged (sp?) two weeks ago when I dropped big thingy on my big toe, I thought maybe it was sprained or broken at first, I haven't run since early last week, I am having some problems with my motivation. Toe is healed just looks ugly.

So I am just trying not to stress myself out with too much, like you taking off the weekend. Now you will have more you time to heal & just try and relax some. Try not to stress out about not exercising, and just stick to eating well. I didn't and I went up freakin 9 lbs in a week, maybe water weight, but so far only dropped 3 lbs of it after eating cookies?!?!?!? LOL

I know you can do this! Stick to your Mindfulness Exercises!!
