I have moved my diary to a new tread because I didnt like the name of my diary anymore!
Anyway,now on day 5. I have had a terrible week TBH. UK have had a heat wave, so I havent felt like cooking! I have also had people staying over and we have an open planned kitchen diner at home and one of the guests have been sleeping on the sofa - so this means making breakfast in the morning is very challenging! So I have cheated a little, but we shall see what the scales say tomorrow!
The worst thing is, I dont think I fully mentally prepared myself for this. The withdraw symtoms my body had from all the sugar was crazy! On Monday I felt reallt tired, I had a headache.....I think I just shocked my body a bit! If nothing else I have kept to not smoking! So thats good!
Oh and why is it that the moment you go on a diet.....everything sweet and yummy just crosses your path so much more?
Hey Tinks, love the post, i feel your pain, i remember when i first started on a diet, the sugar withdrawal and such is horrible >.< you just have to last it out for a day or two, and drink lots of yummy water XD
as far as the heat wave and abundant company is concerned, dont worry to much about it, its only one day and its completely understandable, you have to be flexible is all
