Today I am starting on a journey to loose the eight pounds that i cant take off! I am going to be very cautous about my calorie intake and and excersice on my bike between 4-8 miles a day and some arobics. At day One I weigh in at 133,march 9th 2006. Time to tame that lion!
Today I did four miles on my bike, and 200 crunches. I really want to start getting seroius with those crunches and up them as much as possible daily. Some dont believe in spot reduction but I certainly do. I actually have the problem I have now Which is heavy in the middle and thin on bottom because of spot reduction!!!!
