My weightloss began about a year and a half ago.. I had known I was overweight and had tried what seemed like tons of things to lose it but nothing seemed to work.
I decided to do a little research to make my own
diet and basically it all worked out. It took me about 6 months to lose 45
pounds and then 6 more months to lose 20
pounds more. The last 20
pounds took a lot longer but it was well worth the wait.
I use to weigh 200
pounds and now I weigh around 135-140. The way I lost weight, was by eating healthy and exercising daily.. I mainly did a lot of
cardio kind of stuff such as running and playing
sports like racketball. After I lost all that weight I have had tons of
energy and I feel like I can do anything!
