Ready for the last 15 pounds to be gone!

My weight fluctuates so much!!! It is absolutely frustrating.... I got down to 120, my ideal weight, 3 weeks ago, then went on vacation to Chicago, pigged out the whole time, came back and my work out/ eating habits have been sub par to say the least, so now I am back up to 134! So frustrating...
The problem is I rely so much on food for comfort when I am sad, stressed, ect. I think that if I have some accountability and write everyday that maybe I can stick with it and not have my weight fluctuate so much...
Today I worked out for 25 minutes, varying my cardio so that I don't bulk up i.e...."Tracy Anderson Method"
for breakfast I had fresh pineapple and now I believe I am going to go have a salad.
I ordered the Isagenix cleanse and can't wait for that to come in, while I have tried other Cleanses, even the master cleanse, which probably has a lot to do with my weight fluctuations, I always feel so much better mentally afterward....
Looking forward to continuing this habit, and thank you to anyone who listens to me rant

Starting Thermogenix

Just for the record I am not trying to sell or endorse any products here but only share my story. Last night I received my Isogenix 9 day cleanse that I have just begun.
I didn't do the whole taking of my measurements bit before I began today, but I am going to let my pants be the judge of that.... my favorite pair of jeans won't even pull up over my hips now, and if I can fit back into my clothes I will be happy again!
You start off with 2 pre-cleanse days where you drink two shakes a day and then eat one meal. I tend to pig out later in the day, so if I keep my meal around dinner I will be completely fine with this. In fact, the shake this morning was really good.... I have tried all sorts of shakes and this one is definitely one of the better tasting and also has a really good consistency. The nutritional content is also quite impressive. There are 23 grams of protein per serving which is hard to find in a good shake especially with lower calories. There are all sorts of B vitamins as well, which I definitely know that I am lacking. Even if this isn't a miracle weight loss, I have definitely found a meal replacement shake that I like.
I am very excited for this though, I haven't been myself lately, my eczema is really bad it is all over my fingers and on the inside of my arms as well as my eye lids. Maybe better nutrition will help with this...
I am in class until 12:30 and then have the rest of the day off, its really rainy here in Colorado today, so I am dreading working out, maybe a hot yoga class sounds nice.
