Starting October

I am consistently working towards improving the way my body works, like the rest of us. My body sits with minimal effort at 145 ish and when i quit working out and decide I'm going to eat like a pig , over a period of time my body will max out in the 160's and that's when I freak out and start the battle again. this has happened a few times in my life and it has happened now. I broke my foot a little over a month ago. Granted even before that I was eating a bit more happily than I should and being at work 50 hours a week was my excuse to not go to the gym so regularly.

So like I said, foots been broken, can't waitress, everything is so hard to do on crutches I just quit doing anything so as you can imagine my activity level has dropped by oh say 75% ... And I'm bored so I'm snacking a lot ... after not being able to do the things I used to or even taking care of the things I need to because I can't drive, and losing lots of money, and my job in jeopardy I've been depressed ... eating more ... the boyfriend is sick of me being depressed, fighting a lot ... eating more ... you know how it goes ...

So here I am, in the 160's and you know what that means ... it is time.

What I can do right now is watch what I eat, which I have the three days previous to this post. I have always relied on cardio to stay fit and that's not a possibility so I will have to do my best to, as tim would say, work it out.
