Rep Power: 0 | | Dear Fitness Diary , Today I woke up at 7 am with my parents to go out for a jog around the jogging area near my house.
Last night, as I calculated my BMI, I was right on the fence between healthy and overweight. Although I'm no longer in the overweight section, I want to move to the middle of healthy.
I took moderate jogging steps along the way and I used the equipment provided to push myself more. It feels great to sweat, I don't really mind the smell either. =)
Beginning of this year, I was about 150 lbs, totally overweight. I began to cut down my rice (being asian, rice plays a pretty big part in the common food). My rice was cut down to half plate serving, the other half filled with dishes such as veggies.
I think within months, I lost about 13 lbs just by cutting down rice.
Now I'm on a new mission, to cut down another 9 lbs. I am sick of the 31 inches waist line, I'm tired of flabby arms, huge thighs and wide hips that makes dressing up a chore.
My rice is cut down to a quarter of the plate now.
I'm also sick of my bust getting the attention (LOL) from unwanted males. So in hope that when I reduce weight, I will be able to reduce bust size too.
That's it for now. Update soon!
Hopefully I will be able to get some new friends around here ..

| I hear ya on that... I'm 36DD and hoping that my weight loss will help those babies go down! LOL. How tall are you / how old are you? By reading your first entry, we seem like we are in a similar situation. I'm 19, 5'4". I also was 150 lbs earlier this year. So maybe we can relate
Check out my diary! "Inspired, motivated, and ready" ... I'll keep up on yours!
Good luck!

Rep Power: 0 | | | Ah, I was not online the whole day of yesterday but I managed to get some running on my own without leaving the house. I just set my phone timer to 5 minutes and i kept running on one spot.
then the sweats come running. wee!!
i think i kind of overdid it for the past two days .. or no proper warm up .. now i have pain on both my knees .. the muscles hurt .. i'm walking up and down the stairs like an old lady now .. oh no...
this morning, i made some wholemeal bread dipped in egg with minimal oil .. yummy, keep me full up till now ..
the sister is making potatoes today .. her first attempt to ever cook anything .. and i love potato .. i know it's carbs .. but take away rice, don't take away my potatoes .. ah need to control ..
perhaps i should execute simpler exercise today .. nothing to do with using my knee muscles .. a bit is better than none right? |

One thin that might help is for you to register with one of the free sites like fitday.com or thedailyplate.com and start logging your food. That will help you learn what the calories and nutrients are in your food and you'll be better able to make good eating choices.
Good luck to you! |

i really hope they were not talking about my bust ...
i think i'm on PMS mode.. i just had lunch about an hour ago and i'm already craving for more stuff ..

Rep Power: 0 | | | I just had half a palm full of potato chips from my friend and it taste so good, I'm tempted to take more, but however tempted I am, I also felt guilty about eating that few in the first place that I did some leg / tummy exercise for 10 mins
Mind over matter. I keep telling myself.
Has it ever happened to anyone else? |

Chips are my weakness. I cannot have them or I will eat all of them. I simply can't walk away from chips. So good for you for stopping with the one handful. |

Rep Power: 7 | | | I soo hear you too on the big boobz front. I am hoping mine would shrink (lol- funny choice of word, I guess) a lil bit with weight-loss but I need to start shedding first. I am stuck after losing 6 lbs.
Brown rice is a really good option. So is bulgar wheat. If you can find it where you live. |

it's annoying to have big boobies lol .. i mean, naturally it's feminine but i want them a tad smaller .. so they won't look like truck headlights .. |

Rep Power: 72 | | I'm looking forward to losing some in my boobs - I'd love to be able to wear cute lacy bras instead of the underwire support ones that I live with now. However, they aren't quite as "perky" as they used to be ... so I guess there's always a downside. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
