Trying to find my feet - LITERALLY!

Its well after 2am here in sunny scotland and I can't sleep necuase of bad heartburn. I ate a bread roll at around midnight. If only i'd gone to bed at a reasonable time - I wouldn't have got bored and stuffed my face!

I'm as heavy now as I was when I was pregnant!! - I totally hate my body and although i've got fab clothes nothing looks good!

I need to get out of this rut and i'm hoping this website will help!
