It's time to wake up...

Alright, let’s do this…

My body has been out of proportion since I went into puberty; that said, I was never ’overweight’ in that sense. My upper body was always fairly normal, but I have always had a huge butt and thighs.

Well passed puberty (early twenties now), my upper body is not longer ’petite’. I have been putting on a lot of weight, and unfortunately, my butt has only gotten bigger. Being a medical student requires me to study all the time, and not have time for so much else.. But the thought of my body is disturbing me so much, that I can’t even study properly! It’s a stupid excuse, I know… But I have decided that I need to welcome changes into my life, and stay motivated. I have, unfortunately, started this journey and failed way too many times. It’s on time things take a turn for the better!

I am hoping this diary will help me reach my goal (and make me realize that my exams are approaching, and I realllyyy need to start studying efficiently!)

In order to get my weight back to normal, I ”only” need to lose 5 kgs. I currently weight 60 kgs. The main challenge for me is to reduce the size of my behind significantly. People tend to say that the stubborn fat can only be removed surgically. But I am not willing to give up that easily!!

But guys, do you know the feeling of a post-unsuccessful-shopping-for-clothes experience, getting so depressed that nothing looks good, and instead of doing something about it, one seems to eat even MORE, telling yourself, heck I’m fat anyway, what difference does it make?

It has happened one too many times for me… But no more!!
