Rep Power: 4 | | Day 1 (take 2) Breakfast: Porridge (didn't finish it all).
Lunch: Tuna mayonaise and cucumber roll on wholemeal bread and a packet of a quavers crisps (surprisingly low in calories)
Dinner: Bolognaise meat sauce with bit of mashed potatoe and green beans.
Dessert: 2 Weight watchers yoghurts.
All in all I'm pretty chuffed with this, start as you mean to go on...
Woooooo, I feel I can do this now |

Rep Power: 4 | | Day three (take 2) Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes with sweetner and skimmed milk. Lunch: Tuna mayonaise on wholemeal bread sandwich and packet of quavers. Dinner: Bit of left-over stew from last night (just like a soup really) and then a baked potatoe with a few baked beans and a bit of chicken. Snacks: one chocolate praline. And hopefully this will be all
I'm in the mood for a gym session but I've got lots of studying and work to do (ughh fun fun fun) so I'm not 100% sure I'll get the chance. But it's nearly the weekend and I plan to do a lot of riding and work out on the farm, and sticking to the healthy eating.
Still hoping to look fab next summer, that would just be the best. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hey CookieMonster! Looks like you're starting to get the hang of this weight loss stuff. I think a big part of this process and finding a way to eat that works for you. I've tried sooo many different "ideas", I guess, as to how to eat (and I'm not talking about dieting) Not sure if that makes sense, but hopefully you understand :P
Question: Is "New Workout Plan" the actual name of Kayne West's song? If so it's perfectly fitting and I'll have to check it out! haha
Keep it up! Starting a journal is a huge and important step |

Today was pretty good, I've done a heck load of walking (like I normally do), the food I personally find could of been better but I'm actually quite looking forward to weighing myself on monday! Which is really weird for me.
Just the weekend to get through now! |
