First day of the rest of my life!

Hey everyone this is my third and hopefully final diary.

A few things have changed lately so I've decided to make a complete fresh start in my life in general!
I turned 20.
I started my second year of uni.
I ended things with my boyfriend.
I moved into a new house.


A little background information for those who haven't read my earlier diaries...

My weight problem first started when I was about 15 and realised that I'd gone from a very skinny child to a very chubby child! I was about 170 lbs but at the time I thought I was normal...looking back at pictures I definitely wasn't! Anyway I had lots of failed attempts at loosing weight but one day it just stuck. I just changed my eating habits - no exercise - and eventually got down to 136 where I was OK at for a while. I gradually relaxed again and started gaining a few pounds without realizing so probably went up to about 140 again.
Not much changed for a few years and then I started being healthy again when I was about 18. I started uni a year ago and weighed roughly 136 again not helped by the alcohol and microwave meals. I decided AGAIN to get healthy again and this year started uni at 126 however I still felt a bit big and wanted to tone up so at current I am roughly 117. My ultimate goal is 115 so just trying to get rid of them stubborn last 2!

My main form of exercise is the Wii Fit and lately I've been focusing on Yoga and Strength Training for at least 30 minutes a day. I do a lot of walking and have lots of stairs in my house so that has definitely helped tone me up since I've been back.

My Motivation
To tone up and look sexy!
To get to a weight that I feel comfortable maintaing!
When I reach 115 I'll treat myself with a shopping trip or something.

How I'm gonna do it
Wii Fit at least 30 minutes a day - 5 days a week.
Stay within 1200-1300 till I reach my target.
Walk every opportunity I get.
Cut down on alcohol.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life!!
