Thumbs up No-Sodium God, I shall obey you!

Hey there! Im new here, just gonna type some boring entries here so I dont eat that piece of cake, or that great looking bag of chips! I started eating healthy about 2 weeks ago and went from 159 to 152. About a week ago I started going to the gym every weekday for 30-60 minutes... still 152! But thats fine, Ill just keep going, it has to go down sometime.

My goal by the end of the month is 145! Im going to work hard to achieve that!

Good luck on hitting your target. Regardless of whether or not you hit it by the end of the month, if you keep on track, you'll hit it eventually. And sign up for a weight loss ticker so we can monitor your results at a glance.

I'm the same height and weight as you so feel free to check out my journal to see what I'm up to. I plan to check back on you and see how your doing - by the sounds of it your on the right track, keep it up! I'm not sure what your highest weight ever was but mine was 224 so I don't call myself fat anymore because that was fat! Good for you doing it when your 20 and not waiting - I wish I would have taken charge of my life sooner - oh well better later than never. Good luck and take care.
