Rep Power: 0 | | NTL-Thanks for all the info! And I know my Cal intake yesterday was too low, I was just too busy to stop and have anything too substantial. Don't worry...I couldn't live off of 700 cals a day. I like my food too much.
JB! Thanks for stopping by and for the encouragement. Really appreciate that! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Well so far today has started off much the same 4 glasses of water so far and a yummy banana = 100 Calories.
Lunch is A South Beach Wrap at 200 Calories. In addition...2 more glasses of water.
So that's 300 Calories for the day so far and 6 glasses of water.

Rep Power: 0 | | LOL, Ava, same here. I love my food too much to stay too low on calories, so for me eating above 1200 has never been a problem.
They do say that eating more often and small meals can speed up your
metabolism, which is always good.
Looks like you're doing good! |

Rep Power: 0 | | So my mom made dinner tonight...Tostadas. Unhealthy but eh, that was what was in front of me. I couldn't count the calories exactly...but I'm guess that it was about 600.
So... 510+600= 1110
Edit...Ugh...Splurged...had another half of a Tostada...300 more cals. Oops. 1410.

Rep Power: 0 | | Woohoo.. Okay so breakfast today was two pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter...totaled to around 340 Calories.
And of course my lovely water. I'm feeling darn lazy right now, but in a bit I'm going to go for a nice run. I'm interested in getting an elliptical. Honestly I have never used one, haha, but I've heard great things about them. Anyone have any suggestions about this? I was researching online and came across an artical that said the only ones really worth getting are those that cost a few thousand dollars....unfortuneately....I don't have that kind of money. I mean I guess the treadmill is nice, but it can be hard on the knees and the one we have is so darn loud. Oh well. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Looks good. You can use the same post and keep updating it for the day, so that everything for one day would be in one place. Just a suggestion...
You're doing great on food. Don't worry about the splurging, it happens, its part of life. Just designate one day per week as a "cheat" day, it really helps. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Well I've been doing pretty good. Lost some more weight...happy about that. I will NEVER get back to the 140's...on my honor.
Anyways...in other news...I'm being persued by a really great guy. He's 19 (two years older than me..) so I'm not sure how the parents would react to that. We went to HS together for a bit though so, I don't know...we will see what happens.
Hope everyone else is doing good! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Hmm. I didn't count for the past few days...will do tomorrow. I got back from the hospital just a bit ago and everything looks great. The only bad part is that we still don't know what's wrong which is too bad...but oh well.
Going to the baseball game today, and we're tailgating. I'm not going to have any of the junk that anyone brings, jsut the burger and fruit. That will be it for the rest of the day then, especially since I did not run at all today.
Hope you're all doing well. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
