They are frozen dinners. Its something like weightwatchers or nutrisystem meals. http://www.leancuisine.com/Index/Index.aspx

most of the meals are under 300 calories and arent too bad.....

(80 calories)

Lunch---McDonald’s Asian salad without chicken and green goddess dressing {140+130=270}
(270 calories)

Dinner---Monk fish with lemon and --- (Had the other half of the salad from earlier)
{460+22}
(482 Calories)

Snacks

Ok I know its kinda low on the calorie side. But that was a huge piece of fish. If I find the room later ill have a double helping of cereal and some milk. that will be good for 360-520 depending on which cereal i choose.......

Breakfast------

Lunch----- Orange juice
(220 calories)

Dinner----- took everyone out to red lobster so have no Idea about the calorie count. I had the Samon New Orleans. It a pangrilled samon with steamed veggies and some broiled shrimp in Garlic BUTTER. Baked potato with sour cream cheese and BUTTER. Had a small order of crab legs. Later we went to dq and I had a small cookie dough blizzard. It was too sweet could only stand about half of it. Think my sugar taster is broke. Just cant really get into the sweet stuff anymore. ahhh well tomorrow is a brand new day.....

First of all I gotta say I like the pudgy little Cartman pic you have there. It makes me giggle.

Just a quick question how do you go to McDonalds and just get a salad? That alone deserves a WOW! The smell of McDonalds hits me and even if I intended to get a salad the words Cheese Burger would come out of my mouth.

Good for you. That is super willpower.

well Mcdonalds is easy...... I send a friend of mine and she brings me what i want. So no cravings for the burgers. I have been overly good the last week so I dont feel bad about the ice cream blizzard. I'm happy i was still smart enough to order the small in the first place. pre diet would hav been a large and an ice cream cone for the drive home lol.......

My absolute favorite fast food is the Chickfila original. Yummmmmy goodness! I still take the kids there quite a bit but, I've been so good. I order the southwest chargrilled salad everytime and it's really good, actually. I still miss the chicken on a buttered bun and waffle fries (and a Coke!), though not as much since I've switched all the kids to fruit instead of fries. (It was just too easy to swipe a few from them!) They actually liked the change. lol I have strange kids.

Ya know, you think you were bad but it really wasn't that bad... ok maybe butter and sour cream wasnt the best... but it was alll fairly good stuff... your badness really came from not having breaky or lunch... for shame on that one...

You know, I think we need at least a couple of those days where we eat like we used to. Because I think it really shows us the difference. Just like you could only get halfway through the blizzard and your body was probably on sugar overload. And that let you know that you are in tune with the flags your body sends your way.

So I say we chalk days like that up to "expirimentation"....yeah, that's right.
