Rep Power: 41 | | well I went mall walking yesterday. Man 5 miles in a mall is alot of left turns geesh. I was passing by GNC and they were installing a digital scale. after the guy set it up and calibrated it i got on. My original weight at the start of my diet on the cattle scale was 425. A few weeks later i got on a friends scale and it said 395. about a week later his mom said the scale only goes to 390 so we werent sure how accurate that weight was. anyhow back to GNC when i got on their scale It said 384. So its 425-384 so a loss of 41 pounds. That was the reason for the ::::::::::happy hillbilly dance::::::::::

Rep Power: 16 | | | funny Here's a funny idea - you should put all the clothes, the boots, the phone, etc. in a garbage bag and put it on a scale. Then you could subtract that from your clothed weight, and you'll have your real weight! Then you can start weighing in your undies like the rest of us when you get your scale!!! |

Rep Power: 41 | | well i got my scale tonight. It was 34.00 whole dollars lol. Ill keep the box just in case. all the rest in that rage were closer to 70.00ish. Its digital has the weight and a bmi which I dont wanna see. Think the poor man inside the scale is gonna groan when it sees me coming lol. So now I wont have to use the one at the mall anyhow. The good part about the weight loss is I dont really feel im on a diet. I still eat 3-4 times a day. I only seem to get hungry in between breakfast and lunch. well the soda craving is always in the back of my head but its a whisper as of late. I did go to a chinese buffet tonight. I didnt eat alot and stayed mostly on the healty side. I was through fairly quick and watching my friends eat for over an hour. It was like hogs in a slop bucket. Did I really used to eat that much? One of my friends put away 7 plates and another about 5. Thats prob more calories than I take in weekly. Any way here is the damage for today..... Breakfast-----1 guiltless fried egg, 1 slice of turkey bacon (micro waved fried egg taste much better inside a sandwich yukkkkkkkkk)
(105 calories)
Lunch--- Lean Cuisine—Chicken carbonara
(270 calories)
Dinner---Got dragged to a Chinese buffet. Didn’t do badly though. I had some steamed chicken stir fry stuff, about 2 cups of white rice, about 2 cups of boiled shrimp, a shrimp spring roll it was steamed so not many worries there. A fruit plate. Oh yea one cup of won ton soup……..
Snacks---Peach cup in light syrup
(80 calories)
Drinks- water, unsweetened tea
Total------ 455 calories before dinner |

Rep Power: 0 | | Okay, steel toed men's boots gotta weigh at least ten pounds!!! I'm so anxious to see what your new scale says. Weigh first thing in the morning before you do anything (well pee first, that could be like 8 oz). And weigh naked. I'll bet you'll be moving that ticker after you do!!! Congratulations!! |

That one moment, when the blinders come off, is just so incredible to me. I really think so much of the problem of obesity is the deep denail that so many of us share. Your salad dressing moment might not have seemed like much, but it was a sign of your new awareness, that will make losing weight that much easier! I'm happy for you! | I know! Looking at the dressing label makes eating a salad just not feel as good. I found these salad spritzers. You spray instead of pour so it's not as caloric, but the taste is still there. The red wine vinagrette has 10 calories per 10 squirts. |

Rep Power: 41 | | well today is going ok. A major bout of depression but other than that everything is ok. My calories will be on the low side the next few days. It seems when i go out to a restaurant my daily calories seem to suffer for the next few. I eat more when i go out and maybe its just my stomach telling me its taking a few days off. Ill keep them at least 1200ish. I have found I really like the lean cuisine meals but most are under 280 so it keeps my calories really low. I think im gonna add a few things to the meals. a pickled egg here or there maybe a small salad. I want to lose weight as fast as possible but I dont think its the best in the world to go from almost 6000 calories a day to only 800-1000. I think thats too big a reduction and dont want to send my metabolism into hybernation mode..... ahhh well one day at a time........ | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
