Finally caught up with your diary bro and all I can say is WoW !! you got it goin' on for sure. Just keep on doin' what you're doin'

41 lbs in one month is totally awesome. You got it worse than me cuz you're not snacking on catabolics like I am. Honestly I give major credit to my success due to the fact I can eat 6-7-8 times a day and yet I rarely exceed 800 cals a day.

Anything I can help ya out with, gimme a holla. You seem like you got a grip on things pretty well tho.

Thanks.... catabolics is something I will be looking into when my weight loss starts to stall..Since i was taking in almost 6000 calories and now taking in less than 2000 Its coming off just from the reduced calories. Im not taking in 2000 calories just in cokes anymore. so i dont have to give much thought as to a diet except to avoid processed sugars. Thats not always the easiest thing.

I hear ya, I got the jump start on giving up sugar soda in '02 when I turned diabetic and oooooh gawd did I suffer through some serious headaches.

I'm ok with diet soda for now tho there's always a big debate if you lose more weight with or without diet soda, but the way I see it, a man can only give up so much without totally breaking down his plan to the point of total misery. I stick with what I know works and you will too.

Happy Dieting !!

I tried the whole diet soda in replace of the real thing before. I think it just really makes me want the real thing. Im doing ok with out them so far. If i decide i have to have a coke ill go get a real one but ill get one of those little pony cans just to satisfy the urge. but so far it hasnt been a big issue.

well the sugar cravings have mostly calmed down. I think eating that rice the other night confussed my brain and it thought it could have sugar and starches again, silly brain. everything is on track today still. The time line is a little off since I didnt get up till 2 pm. but thats not bad considering i didnt go to bed till almost 4 am. Had breakfast and ill be moving to lunch in a few hours and ill try and time it all so I dont eat after about 10 pm......

that makes a lot of sense about the starches. I know after I sneak some starches I'm craving them big time and feel like I could eat enormous quantities. I'm like a "Starchaholic"....I can't stop at just one.

well tomorrow is the 4th of july.. The normal here is drinks, barbque, Tables full of desserts, fireworks.... there isnt room in my diet for most of that. Im so sensative to sugars and such I dont really want to back slide that far on my diet. Im hoping to lose at least 5 pounds by next saturday. It will be less if my weight has slowed down. I have had the first month of a huge loss. Now im expecting the 5 or 3 or 1 pound losses.
