Rep Power: 41 | | Happy 4th of July yall....................
found myself hungry at one in the morning. I only had a little over 1000 calories today. I think my body is telling me its not enough. I had a grilled piece of chicken from McDonald's with out everything. so it was just the meat. and i had a hand full of cashews. I'm not sure if they were good options or not but they were close at hand. The grilled chicken meat was free and it was here and the cashews were well I didn't mind the walk. Hope i wasn't too bad............. Happy Independence day again all |

Rep Power: 41 | | | well compared to the snacks the family has running around this place, I think it was a pretty good option. I get hungry at night and last night was a bad one. I either got to eat more during the day or stop staying up till the wee hours of the morning. |

Rep Power: 41 | | | I'm hiding from the scale it calls me in the middle of the night lol........ I checked it after I bought it and it gives me a tilt reading of ER. Think its all the weight hitting one side of the scale when i step up on it. Once I get one it and hit the reset It dose fine. There is only a few ounce difference between that one and public one at gnc. Ill be weighing on Saturday mornings before my first meal or drink. |

Be sure to place the scale on the same spot on the floor and step on it the same way each time. |
