Rep Power: 41 | | well i'm more worried about my calories than the salt. The cottage cheese I bought was 70 calories a serving for 6 servings so it's a pretty good way to fill up on a few calories. It does have 500mg of sodium per serving so yea the salt is up but it's nothing a few gallons of water wont fix lol.... |

Rep Power: 26 | | | potato chips Good idea about the potato chips.
I totally hear you billy on the night time eating. I used to like "nighttime food" better than "morning" food. Now I love the way poached eggs feel in my tummy, and I do them in a tiny bit of Olivina (olive oil margarine). Allow myself a taste of brown sugar on my oatmeal. An orange. One of my memories about my mother was that she ate an orange every morning, so I think of her every morning when I have my orange. Drinking 3 litres a day.
Take it easy, like M2M told me, one day at a time, one meal at a time.
Will be lookin out for ya. |
