Rep Power: 41 | | | well good morning Mechelle. Yea 1300 is kind of rough I may squeak up to 1500 and see how that goes.
well it's bright and sunny outside....Bleckkkk. I miss my gloomy no sun shining days lol. I need to make some breakfast but it's one of those days that eggs and cereal and stuff just don't sound good. I just might wait until lunch and have some grilled chicken with pablono peppers and sour cream and make some type of something or other out of it. It's all in the planning stage...hmmm....... |

Rep Power: 41 | | | Mental note: when you want to have some skinless boneless chicken for lunch, make sure it's already out of the deep freeze. lunch will slightly be delayed lol.... |

Rep Power: 0 | | I do that too which usually means a quick ride in the microwave. Weeee!!..lol
Anyway - have a great day & good luck with the lowered calories - 1500 sounds a whole lot more reasonable. I know I coun't do 1300 on my best day! |

Rep Power: 18 | | I am doing 1200... was I should say, I have strayed the past few days. I have found the secret is to find foods that are LOW in calories so you can eat alot more of it. A fantastic snack, a 100 cal snack bag of microwave popcorn with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese on it. YUM. |

Rep Power: 41 | | | Well the eating has been going well and I feel much better with atleast 1500 till I can move around and get some of the extra burned off...... I'm still getting the sugar attacks but nothing big. It's just a one day at a time type of thing. I'm in the middle of midterms and that is always hard to eat right. It's just too easy to grab a quick meal type of thing..... | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
