Rep Power: 41 | | Hello everyone..... Yesterday was a good day but my calories were really low. I'm just going to make myself eat the calories I need. The doctor said the effects of the meds will soften as a week or two goes by. I have to go in to the doctors about Friday to get some blood work done and she said something about a b-12 shot but I'm not real sure what it does. She did say on my last panel I had a vitamin deficiency so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with that. Menu
Breakfast:2 scrambled eggs, provolone cheese, onions and jalapeņos wrapped in a lavash bread wrap. 3 slices of turkey bacon on the side.
Lunch: Applebee's spinach and grilled shrimp salad with just a little extra dressing. I had it last night and it was wonderful but just a little dry.
Dinner: 1 baked skinless chicken breast wrapped in turkey bacon and a package of Brussle sprouts in a butter sauce probably dip it in just a little BBQ sauce.
Drinks: water, tea

Rep Power: 41 | | | well it was a good day. still not having any sweet cravings; or food cravings for that matter lol. I go back to work tomorrow since I have everything cleared up. I'm glad at least all the walking will help with the exercise i haven't been getting. I think after a few paychecks I will probably buy an exercise bike or some such.......... well nite all.

Rep Power: 41 | | well my job this morning canceled. It's always nice to wake up at 5 am for no reason I'm lucky enough to just sit around waiting on the phone to ring for the next job.
So onto the diet front. everything is going well. My body has really been kicking out water. I'm not sure if the diet pill has a diuretic or what but the weight has starting dropping a bit. I will weigh in Saturday morning and I'm expecting some good numbers... I am really tired of looking at 375 and want some lower numbers.
yesterdays food was good but I never got around to lunch so I had a bran muffin just to get some calories in. Menu
Breakfast: Blueberry muffin.
Lunch:Salad with lettuce, grape tomatoes, onions, One boiled egg, and some light French dressing.
Dinner: Baked skinless chicken breast with some roasted new potatoes with some rosemary and a splash of olive oil.
Snack: Bowl of oatmeal with some raisins and about a Tbsp of brown sugar.
yea there isn't any way I'm gonna eat that much food but hey it's a plan lol.
The draw back to the diet pills, ain't even a little bit hungry. |

Rep Power: 12 | | I see you're hanging in there.
Can you maybe bring something with you that you are able to eat on the run? A meal replacement or something along those lines?
Have an amazing day. |
