Yesterdays food
Breakfast: Peanutbutter and jelly sandwich
Lunch: soup
Dinner: 1 fried egg, 2 slices of turkey bacon and a bowl of oatmeal with raisins and a little brown sugar.
drinks...... just good ol water
Todays food
Breakfast: none except for the Dinner last night at about 730 am(weird schedule)
Lunch: McDonald's chicken and pickle sandwich thingie.
Dinner: 2 bowls of turkey chili topped with onion and cheese.
Drinks: water, orange juice, grapefruit juice, chocolate milk made with reduced calorie syrup...... yep I forgot to take my diet pill this morning. |

Wow I bail out for a couple of days and look at you go,I mean really go..that is a gr8 weigh in,I would faint!
Also ok do share that turkey chili,I used to love love chili then I quit eating BEEF but making it with turkey,does it still have a good taste to it?Enjoy your break but not for too long lol have a nice weekend Tammy |

Rep Power: 41 | | | Hello everyone.... It's been a crazy week...... work....sleep so I can work more....
The food hasn't been bad. Breakfast is normally some orange juice and lunch is normally some soup and dinner is just whatever. Last night was some chicken breast with some buffalo style seasoning Brussels sprouts and a little mac and cheese. Sometime a small dessert and thats about it.
Todays food....
Breakfast: glass of orange juice.
Lunch: some wedding soup.
Dinner: probably some tuna helper type thingie and some veggie like corn.
snack probably a banana, peanut butter raisin on a wheat roll up(yup hellofa combination.)
drinks: orange juice, milk, water and water... |

cook meat and drain and fat(there wont be much) add your onions and any silly veggies you want inside. use a good chili powder. Get it from the Mexican Isle at the store. it's normally a super dark red. add some crushed tomatoes and some tomato sauce and a little water and simmer.
Throw some garlic someplace in the mix as well as some ranch style beans............. I can't have garlic but I would love it in my chili....... |

Rep Power: 11 | | If you can eat ground turkey I say more power to you. I just can't eat it. I've tried. I don't like turkey. I have it once a year and that is a stretch. I usually make Cornish Game Hens on Thanksgiving.  I thought I would try a turkey meatloaf. I ended up throwing it out.
I make my chili with chicken breasts. I make it just like I would with ground beef except I use cooked chicken breast that I have run through the food processor so it has the consistency of ground beef. It's yummy. |

Rep Power: 41 | | hello everyone...... yup work is really busy. I have to go in for a random drug test in the morning then I told them I'm taking the rest of the day off. I got on the scale tonight and it said 364 so another 3 pounds down.......
Food....
Breakfast- orange juice
Lunch- can of cream of chicken soup
Dinner- fudruckers
Snack- dunno but I'm sure it will be something.
