Get some fresh ground turkey meat(not the stuff in the tube) and make it like regular chili.

cook meat and drain and fat(there wont be much) add your onions and any silly veggies you want inside. use a good chili powder. Get it from the Mexican Isle at the store. it's normally a super dark red. add some crushed tomatoes and some tomato sauce and a little water and simmer.

Throw some garlic someplace in the mix as well as some ranch style beans............. I can't have garlic but I would love it in my chili.......

the meat in a tube is generally higher fat than the ground stuff you can get in the meat section... you don't want it

If you can eat ground turkey I say more power to you. I just can't eat it. I've tried. I don't like turkey. I have it once a year and that is a stretch. I usually make Cornish Game Hens on Thanksgiving. I thought I would try a turkey meatloaf. I ended up throwing it out.

I make my chili with chicken breasts. I make it just like I would with ground beef except I use cooked chicken breast that I have run through the food processor so it has the consistency of ground beef. It's yummy.
