Rep Power: 41 | | | Well today was a pretty good day but had some high calorie food but with the amount I'm not too concerned. Brunch:Chinese-ish throw together; onions, tomatoes, eggplant, ramen noodles(without salt seasoning packet), and a little hoisin sauce.
Late Dinner: Bennigans: 2 southwest egg rolls with some blue cheese dressing. and an order of fish and chips.
Drinks: water, iced tea, tall mocha latte sugar free.
Feeling better today. I think I'm ready to go back to work but not sure if I'm ready for those 16 hour shifts just yet. |

Rep Power: 41 | | Well today is going pretty well. I have been doing a lot of running around and shopping. I go to work tomorrow and then have to go get a release from the company doctor and then start work on Wednesday. I still haven't bothered counting calories but being the size I am; as long as I keep it below 3000 or so I should be fine for awhile. Today's food.........
Breakfast: Scrambled egg whites with onion and red bell peppers and two slices of wheat with a touch of butter.
Lunch: Peanut banana smoothie with 2% milk and a splash of heavy cream.
Dinner: 2 bowls of cabbage and tomato and onion stew.
Snack: peach.
Drinks: water, tea, vitamin water, milk, sugar free mocha latte.

Rep Power: 41 | | today has been pretty good. I laid down for a nap about 6:30ish and it's now after 9:00 so not sure if that's a nap or just plain old sleep lol. The medicine must be allowing me to sleep which is something I have missed lately. I didn't manage dinner or another snack so I'm not sure if I should eat really late or just not worry about it. I'm really not hungry so I'm not sure what I want to do.
Since I have been on the new medicine I'm just really not super hungry.I tend to stay full longer and I don't go looking for that meal just for the hell of it. I guess I'm an emotional eater so it's a good thing if I'm not hungry.
Well I'll never get back to sleep thinking about my physical tomorrow. The doctor said he wanted me to lose weight............ duhhhhhh. My knee hurts but I think I can fake my way through the physical it will just be a long 4 hours.
Well I have reconsidered going back to the gym. I'm thinking of getting a home gym or just something as simple as a weight set. I just have to decide what I want. Well thats enough rambling I suppose, time to play some games or simply just vedge out on the computer. |
