I'm glad because I seem less hungry when I'm out of the house. with such a late start today, lets hope that whole eating late thing is just a myth. Ill find out on Friday because those scales never lie. I know I have tried talking it into some crazy numbers lol..... |

Funnily enough its the same time i crave ciggies (I quit a couple years ago now but still social smoke) |

Someone brought in bags of barbque but i dont really need that. hmmmm thinking salad with some blue cheese for a treat. the blue cheese is 100 calories per 1/4 cup. So a few spoons in a dressing shouldnt be too bad. tomorrow is friday and weight day so i just dont want anything too heavy. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hey, Lee. My doctor told me that it doesn't matter if you eat late....as long as you burn more calories than you eat. When I asked him why people swear they lose weight by not eating late he said that they end up eating more calories when they eat late. He said if you eat the same amount of food whether you stop at 6 or 12 it is all the same.
I don't know if he knows what he is talking about, but he is a pretty smart guy so I wouldn't worry about it unless you are actually eating more than you would have if you stopped earlier.
