well it's pretty much grocery time so stuck with normal high fat high carb food.

breakfast--0

lunch--- took some chicken breast wrapped it around some ham and cheese and had some green beans with bacon and some corn with butter.

dinner--- 2 ham and cheese sandwiches

snack ---- a small bowl of rice crispies with 1% milk

snack2--- apple

I dont think im above my calories but i really hate eating like that.

Hey Lee,

you did alright and it could have been worse. How often do you grocery shop???

I hope you had a good weekend otherwise.

Ahh I hate it when that happens.
Ive taken up buying small carry about meals like a small can of tuna , or a packet of soup mix, and stuff and i leave them places like at work or in the van (things that wont go off etc).
Whenever i forget my lunch at work i dont have to rely on the bakery or other temptations.

Ouch! $400 a month seems like a lot for one person's food.
I feed a family of 3 on that and it includes all household goods!

How much $ do you spend on food a month? I bet we can all get together and come up with a grocery list that will take you through the whole month. That way you can get away from that boring same old same... what ya say?

You know too, a good thing to do... you could designate one day for your "Cook Day". Say on Sunday, cook up some veggies, make a meatloaf, bake some chicken breast seasoned and not... and package and freeze your own meals. You really save alot of $ that way, and NO waste either. And you are eating healthy stuff, that is already proportioned. So convenient too...get the meal out and pop it in the microwave when ever you are ready to eat.
