well today is going pretty well. Got invited out to dinner by someone I havent seen in years. So we will just have to wing all that.

Hello yall. oops lets get correct its Ya'll. I blew the calories tonight. I met a friend in town from germany and we, well painted the town red so to speak.
I wont go into the calories but this is the run down.

3 bottles of 1961 Dom Perignon.
a three pound lobster with a baked potato and steamed veggies.
two magaritas and three shots of jose quervo black.
one slice of cheese cake split between us.
One fifth of jack danials straight up.

ahh old friends...... Not sure if it was saying hello or goodbye. So today was a bad cheat day but im alive and it was nice to just get out. Reminds me I have to pick up my pickup tomorrow because no way ii was driving home tonight. Goodnight to yall ... Muahhh.....

The drinking well I have always had a natural ability to hold more than I should lol. Well today is going to be light in calories since last night I took in three days worth lol.....

yea the only thing I do differently is I don't add cokes or juice. i just really don't need the extra calories. So I was still shaving everything off I could. The bad thing is with all the extra calories and alcohol and stuff I haven't been hungry today. I went to the store to pick up some fruit and nothing really looked that good. Its prob a sour stomach left over from all the food and booze. Other than being extremely thirsty I have no ill effects lol. Any way just a dull day but not much to do. I think I'm going to take a break from all the studying, my next test isn't until Tuesday so think I'm going to sit, play the xbox and just relax a little.

Yea shes in the military and I don't get to see her much since she travels so much. It was nice to have a blow out.
