Hey, just checking in to see how you're doing!! I know what you mean about the yard mowing, I used to have to do my parents house and they live out on a farm. Good luck on the interview, I hope things workout the way you want.
Thanks everyone... This isn't a decision I came upon quickly but in todays world no one has a guaranteed long life and when its our time its our time. So all I can do is do the best I can for my family while I'm here. I still have 9 months of school so its not happening right now I'm just going through the interviews.
yea wishes my bmi is a little over 3500. The only good thing about being so large is the bmi is way up. Yup typical male I just didn't finish the whole thing lol. Burning that many calories for the rest of this week, I'd better lose weight or I'm going to live off of ice cream Sundays for three days lol.
Well today is going pretty well. Just came in from outside and its crazy hot out there. This grass thing is over rated think I'm ready to go crazy with grass and weed killer lol. Well its good exercise anyhow its just the walking and walking and and you get the idea. Someone once told me if you want to lose weight just get a big yard. I'm thinking they were right. Just so much to do and everything out there seems to involve walking or lifting and dragging.
i know its crazy when I'm done with the front yard the back will be ready for a cut again..... its a vicious circle lol..... think Ill go to school and hide from it this week. We don't have much of a winter out this way but at least the grass doesn't grow ..
Well today has been a long day. yaknow you and the lawn mower just don't have much to talk about lol. I ended up behind that thing for a total of three hours today and according to fit day thats 562 calories per hour burned so.......1686 calories burned off pushing that thing; [all of a sudden that self propelled model doesn't seem so expensive] and a bmr of 3583 so 3583 for just living + 1686=5269 calories i should burn today with an intake of hmmmm oh yea food....
breakfast: 1 egg, 2 slices of wheat, light mayo, 1 slice of cheese. {70+140+50+70}

lunch: 2 loose meat sandwiches on wheat with some mayo and some baked chips. a guesstimate would be
(900 calories)
Dinner: Bake sweet potato with some butter. {162+50}

yea that would be great if I could keep it up. It's supposed to rain tomorrow and im looking forward to it. I have never liked yard work but with this yard I just dont seem to have the choice anymore. I figure If i have to walk I might as well push something heavy in front of me lol.
New classes start tomorrow and as tired as I am I just cant seem to get to bed. Think im just ready to get it all out of the way and over with.
